I picked up this sitz bath while dealing with a really uncomfortable haemorrhoid flare-up and it’s honestly been a lifesaver. It fits well on the toilet, stays in place, and feels sturdy when you’re using it. The bowl holds enough warm water to fully soak the area without spilling over, which is great.I noticed relief pretty much straight away. Just sitting in it for 10 to 15 minutes helped calm the itching and reduce the swelling. I ended up using it once or twice a day and found it made things way more manageable, especially when I didn’t want to rely only on creams.It’s simple to clean. I usually just give it a quick rinse with warm soapy water and leave it to dry. The material feels decent and hasn’t stained or warped after repeated use. It’s lightweight too, so I just tuck it away beside the toilet when I’m not using it.Honestly, if you’re struggling with haemorrhoids, this is one of those products that makes you wonder why you didn’t get one sooner. Super easy to use and genuinely helps with the discomfort.

I bought this to use in our touring caravan for the Thetford toilet. It does not quite fit the toilet correctly. But, I still managed to use it as long as I'm careful and don't overfill it, and balance it just right. It would be good if someone invented a portable bidet specifically for the Thetford toilet?

I do want to have a bidet fitted, but this is great for now. A great way to stay clean without having to have a shower or use lots of wipes when you have or even don't have bladder problems, plus for the time of the month for women.It should fit over most toilets and firm does not move.The bulb, you can either take the head off and put the hose through one of the holes at the back, depending on how you want it or like me, just squeeze it flat and pop it through.You can place the spray in either clip, depending on where you want it, but the hose stays loose.I filled it using a litre jug X 2 with warm water andd added a dash of baby shampoo for washing then tipped it all easily down the toilet, no spilling. Filled it again with just water to rinse and felt just like I had come out of a shower.It is lightweight and it is hung on the wall on a stick on hook nicely tucked out of the way behind the door - only have a small bathroom/toilet, but it doesn't stop the door opening properly.Can add as little or as long a time to your bathroom visit as you want.

I ordered this with a different use in mind to what’s intended, but tested it as most would use it, and it works well. It comes with the main item plus the hand pump, tubing and spray nozzle. I detached the nozzle, fed the tubing through a hole in the back of the unit and then through the central slot, reattaching the spray nozzle. The nozzle slots into a clip in the base, with the silicone tubing that’s around the nozzle’s elbow connector giving friction and holding it firm. The nozzle can only be located at either of the clips in the base as the tubing itself is narrower than the gap in the clips; i.e. you couldn’t put the nozzle in the middle, but the locations are as they need to be.It fitted well on the seat without slipping, and I filled it up to the top of the inner silicone grey section. The hand pump allows water to be drawn into the nozzle, and expelled with a squeeze of the pump. The pump is easy to operate, with a slow/gentle squeeze producing bubbling, and a quicker more decisive squeeze producing a larger stream. I used cold water, but would recommend warm.Emptying is easy by tipping the unit back and draining through the holes, or quicker by pouring over the side.Pressing it down against the floor collapsed it easily down for storing flat. There’s a hole for hanging on a hook if needed.This is simple and well made, and seems robust. It’s effective, good value and well thought out.

Fits over the toilet seat well and doesn't slide about. The plastic seems like good quality. Comfortable enough to sit on. Functionally it works as intended and was easy to use. The only thing I would say is that you shouldn't over fill it and you will end up with your rear end submerged in the water (which I did the first try!).The seat has holes at the back that allow you to tip it back and empty it into the toilet after use. Easy to clean. The seat also collapses to be stored more easily.For the list price at the time of ordering (£14.99) I think that this is good value for money. Good quality product and recommended.
