Heats up quick and is no bigger than expected. Speed is good and it works well with a smart design.

Looks like the same waffle maker is branded by many different sellers. So you may think it is just a generic dodgy piece of kit, especially at the price. It is actually fantastic. I bought it not intending to use it forever, just to satisfy a temporary food fetish so was not that concerned with build quality. It is amazingly good I am using gluten free flour for my batter and add a bit of extra raising agent, I also beat my egg whites and fold in, you also have to put enough sugar in to get caramelisation, it is best to brush the plates with butter! oil and alternatives are not as good. Voila! amazing light fluffy crispy waffles every time. This waffle maker will last for years and works amazingly well...buy one.

I've never owned a waffle maker, so I've nothing to compare this with. The flip over function works as intended - nice even waffles. It does the job but only on max temperature and at least 5 minutes, which appears to be inconsistent with the instructions. The heated plates are easy to clean but if you get an 'overflow', which is possible while you are trying different recipes and have yet to get the fill quantity just right, there are lots of gaps and crevices into which the batter will flow - and these are really tricky to clean - I work in hygienic equipment design and a little thought would have have eliminated this niggle. The instructions are clear and complete, useful for the novice.Summary: For the price I am happy. I'm not going to be making waffles for a hungry and impatient family, nor am I going to be using this more than once or twice a month. If otherwise I'd do some research and see if there are faster and better designed models available (though I suspect that these may be expensive and two of this type might be more economical)

This waffle machine seemed in the picture to be a bit flimsy but the actual product was very sturdy and solid. The flipping mechanism works well and is easy to use. Used it a few times and has made fantastic waffles each time tho some practice is needed to get the exact amount needed for a full waffle. The only issue I have are some points are really hard to clema if it spills over as it gets into the gaps but apart from that works really well would recommend.

Took a chance in this Product after reading the reviews and it’s a great waffle iron for the money. We had another machine for a number of years and wanted a replacement and this one does the job. Quick to heat up, easy to put the mixture in, smallest amount of oil used to ensure it didn’t stick, and on the max setting after 4-5 mins produces a really lovely waffle. Really pleased and would recommend.

Purchased as a gift to replace a basic waffle marker. Works really well and makes very nice waffles. Cleans easily and simple to use. It us actually my 15 year old sons, and he makes waffle at least twice a week as so easy to use.

When making waffles, you need to be able to turn the maker so the batter coats the other side of the waffle iron and you get a light fluffy texture. If the iron doesnt turn or flip, you'll end up with dense waffles. This waffle maker is great, the non stick works perfectly and is super easy to use just plug in and away you go.

Very difficult to clean properly.Made good waffles but just short circuited our house after only 5 uses. Next time I will spend a little more for a better product.
