The only thing I feel that could be better is the inner information leaflet, it’s more guided to a clinical setting so it’s not that easy to figure out the results but I just used good old google initially to give me an idea of what may be going on.For me in this instance I was showing that yes it was an infection, so my gp went through the results with me & he was really impressed with the kit. He took the name of the kit himself as he felt it was a very thoura test with more than the average elements to test for.For me he noted an infection in my water & my kidneys which I’m grateful was nipped in the bud because my Gp said it looked to be a fairly nasty infection I had and it could have developed to much worse.He’s asked that I continue to use them at home so that I have better management of my illnesses and to prevent future issues before they get really bad.The kit itself is more than value for money and it gives trustworthy results 😊 so this is my go to now to keep me well and prevent future complications.I’d really recommend to anybody something so simple to use could save you a lot of hassle with Gp appointments for a bargain cost. 👌👍

Following major surgery a couple of years ago, I started to suffer with regular, persistent and recurring UTIs, which has been life threatening on a couple of occasions resulting in hospital admission on two occasions for emergency treatment.Anyone who has had a UTI will know that the symptoms can develop extremely quickly and get very serious if the correct antibiotics aren’t taken in a timely manner. I’ve become accustomed to recognising the symptoms, but on occasions it would have been preferable to confirm a diagnosis without having to wait for a medical professional to confirm the situation one way or the other.These strips do exactly that and are a useful tool to help with a diagnosis, particularly in situations when you cannot easily access medical help, e.g. when travelling.The strips are very easy to use and provide a very quick result. The only thing that the layperson may need is some guidance on how to interpret and understand the results, but this information can be easily found on line.Obviously, this form of diagnosis is never going to replace a proper, formal consultation and official tests by a health professional. However for personal use, particularly in an emergency or in situations such as mine, when I can then decide whether to take my emergency rescue antibiotics, these strips can be a very useful tool to provide an instant indicator to help you decide the most appropriate course of action.The strips I received had a reasonable shelf-life (until May 2026) if unopened, but once opened the strips don’t last very long and have to be used.

First and foremost, I was very pleased that you get 30 of these in the box! Hence you can test many times using just one of these kits!Secondly, I really like how one test strip tests many different parameters all at once, with a handy sheet included to compare the colours of each of the tests on the strip to their respective results.Thirdly, this was very easy and straightforward to use, with clear instructions included in the box.Overall, very impressed, would definitely recommend these!

More suited to clinical use than home use, these sticks provide a lot more information than standards ones. Usually 8 to 10 parameters are checked but these give you feedback on 14 different ones.They are easy to use and easy to read. Just dip, wait and read off from the included colour chart.Good price too.

Instead of picking up the phone when you notice UTI symptoms, you can use a simple home test to detect the presence of inflammation and harmful bacteria in your urine. You can then share your results with your doctor or pharmacist and get to the head of the queue for help.✅ check out a web article from the US National Institutes of Health labelled "In brief: Understanding urine tests" - it's written in easy to understand language. I'm looking for nitrates and leucocytes as those are used by the GP or prescribing pharmacist to decide if I need antibiotics. If positive, antibiotics will likely help.✅ These strips have the key tests needed from the NIH article on one strip - and the results appear in 2 minutes: it saves so much time over heading to the GP or hospital.Cons 👉 none that I can see - just note that these had a 16 month "best before" date. Either buy in long-dated packs on in small numbers to avoid waste.OVERALL - I like these - and would be happy to get them again.Delivery was quick - it all came the next day which is great service by the store.Was this a help?

This product was of higher quality materials than my previous one that only lasted about a little over a year and I do not use it daily. It has been about 8 months and so far I am pleased, it even has a little mark to help you align the cuff on your arm. As far as the accuracy of the readings it is no different than the any of the other ones I have used. Occasionally I do have to resecure the air plug to the machine, but that is because the hose could be a bit longer I think. If you are careful it only happens occasionally.
