Sony is good but too expensive, If you are thinking of getting A73, please don't, that camera doesn't have 10 bit and also is old camera, the colour science is not the same as Panasonic's best colour science, Autofocus in APS-C is perfect, in full-frame mode is almost perfect. Firmware 2.1 made the AF very good. You can record 6K with external recording with this camera. 😃 I believe the next firmware update will make the AF even better. I love this camera. Lumix S1H is an approved camera by Netflix for film making and this Lumix S5 is smaller but and better than S1H. THIS IS NOT A ENTRY LEVEL CAMERA.

Amazing camera for video but also great for stills. This photo of my pup was taken in the portrait profile on the LUMIX s5 no editing. Camera is very good in low light also crank that ISO up without worrying about unwanted noise :).

I've got my camera but unfortunately its freezing randomly especially while trying to view the pictures and videos. but love the ergonomics, menu, stability (wow) Panasonic color(nice)....previously a Sony a6400 (gem) user. Going for the S5m2.

It's really a little gems. Picture quality is above its price range. Versatility is spotted on, great for photo and great for videos. Just enough features to be future proof for quite some time, highly customizable. Main down side is autofocus, but that's because we're all spoiled now with cameras built for the social media era, it's more than descent if you learn how your camera and your lenses behave etc. You can't really go wrong with this for the buck

Excelente cámara de formato completo para foto y video en su rango de precio. La Montura L de Leica apunta maneras y promete futuro cada día que pasa.

Great camera and super useful 18-40mm lense. The lense is wide enough to capture a small room, sure 16mm is better but this is a great option to get started. The video quality is just superb and miles away from an iphone, I currently use a iphone as a B camera but you can really see the differences in quality.The only negative I have to say about this is the one battery without a charger so you have to charge it through the camera. The solution is to hook it up to a powerbank or just to keep it plugged in to the charger when recording. I had an incidence where I got interference on my audio when charging at the same time, I don't know if it came from the charger or from bad connection on my audio cable. Lesson learned, now I always keep a headset connected so I can listen to the audio every time I press play.

Je le possède depuis sa sortie. Il ne m'a jamais fait défaut, la qualité d’image n’est plus à prouver. Sa robustesse non plus.Professionnel dans l'audiovisuel ce boiter m'a suivi au bout du monde et continuera.
