Nootropics but this is by far my favourite. It’s sweet without being overpowering and has a really nice subtle taste of peach. I drink it always when I’m feeling a bit anxious, or want to relax in front of a good book. It’s a great alternative to alcohol, and has a strong effect!

This drink is very refreshing. While I can't pinpoint any immediate, noticeable differences in mood after drinking it, the simple act of enjoying it did contribute to a feeling of relaxation. It's a good alternative for unwinding in the evening, offering a healthier option compared to alcohol or sugary drinks.I appreciate that there's no unpleasant aftertaste, which can often be a problem with these types of alternative beverages.I would recommend it.

The peach and chamomile flavors are quite enjoyable, and the drink has a refreshing quality. It contains 1,000mg of Reishi extract, along with Ashwagandha, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6, ingredients known for their calming properties.However, I didn't feel the calming effects. While it didn’t have the effect I was hoping for, it’s still a nice drink to have around if you want something refreshing and not too sweet

I’m always on the lookout for a tasty soft drink when I want to avoid alcohol. I’ve got a little bored with alcohol-free wines and flavoured tonic waters so I was pleased to give this Grass & Co Camomile and Peach drink a try. It’s one of the latest in a surge of nootropics or ‘cognitive enhancers’ so I guess that made me feel even more curious!It was certainly a refreshing drink (love the artwork on the cans!) but as a lover of peach I couldn’t really detect much of the fruit flavour at all - it was just a pleasant, alcohol-free option. However, it didn’t have any effect on either my mood or demeanour and I certainly didn’t find my ‘island of calm’. Sorry - a nice drink but that’s about it.

These really help me sleep. I don’t reach for wine in the evening anymore, one of these in a pretty glass is a treat.
