Good quality vitamins contains the methylcobalamin variant of b12 which is easier for the body to absorb . I feel less tired and less hungry after taking these tablets.

Following full mouth dental implants, I was experiencing a throbbing pain in a front tooth that isn’t mine. Following a CT 360 degree mouth scan, I was advised to take vitamin b complex for 6 months. Although I still feel the throbbing occasionally, it’s much less frequently and has made a significant difference. I’m a convert and will continue to take vitamin b complex after the suggested 6 months.My current brand cost £13.95 for a year’s supply. This brand is £9.99 for a year’s supply. However, I’ve learned a lot about supplements and they aren’t all equal. I naively thought that vitamin b complex supplements would all be the same and was quite surprised when I did some brand comparisons. I’ve just reviewed one that costs £5.99 for a year’s supply but most of the dosages are lower than my current brand. The opposite is true with this brand; most of the dosages are significantly higher than the ones I am currently taking. That might seem a bit of a no brainer when deciding which to buy but it’s worth considering just how high the dosages are, especially if you are taking other supplements. For example, the vitamin b12 dosage is 4000% of its NRV, which could potentially be harmful to diabetics with kidney problems. The attached photos show the contents of this product in red, compared to dosages I’m currently taking.This is a good value for money product but it’s worth doing a bit of research and comparing dosages so that you get the combination that suits your needs, especially if you are already taking other supplements.

Buon integratore a base di vitamina B, contiene infatti B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 e B12, più le vitamine C e D3.Le pastiglie sono rotonde e di colore giallo, inodori ed insapori e si ingoiano senza problemi grazie alla loro dimensione ridotta, accompagnate da un bicchiere d'acqua. Ideali per chi ha carenza di vitamina B. La maggior parte degli ingredienti hanno un dosaggio elevato, ad esempio la quantità di B12 che si assume con una singola compressa equivale al 4000% del VNR (Valore Nutritivo di Riferimento) e a seguire la B1 con il 909% del VNR.Il barattolo contiene ben 400 compresse, il che significa che ha una longevità per oltre un anno, visto che la dose consigliata è di una compressa al giorno.

Vegan depuis de nombreuses années, je suis obligé de me supplémenter en B12, mais j'aime aussi m'assurer d'avoir toutes les vitamines qu'il me faut et ce genre de produit est parfait pour ça !Là, pour moins de 20€, je suis complémenté pour 400 JOURS !!! Plus d'un an ! Et j'ai toutes les vitamines dont j'ai besoin. Je rapport qualité/quantité/prix est tout simplement imbattable !D'ailleurs de toutes celles que j'ai testées, c'est celles-ci que je préfère. Elles sont petites, faciles à avaler et les vitamines sont en bonne quantité, c'est tout simplement parfait.Bref, n'hésitez pas une seconde.

Producto me parece bueno aún q apenas empecé a utilizar. Tiene um buen tamaño lo q le hace fácil de tragar y buen sabor. En cuanto a su eficacia tengo q seguir utilizando.
