Directions
Add a generous amount (approximately two handfuls) to warm, running bath water for a wonderfully soothing and relaxing bath. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the skin to soften, so the natural minerals can be absorbed.

Positives:-100% natural mineral salts.Dissolvable magnesium flakes.Very relaxing and soothing for tired/aching feet.Negatives:-No instructions are included regarding the amount of flakes to be used with a bath or a foot bath.Observations:-Came in a resealable (grip-seal) pack, overprinted with relevant information, but, unfortunately, these did not include any instructions regarding usage quantities; i.e. ratio of flakes to water.Conclusion:-I had found that applying a Pure Magnesium Oil Spray to aching muscles had a beneficial effect.Consequently, I thought that these Magnesium Flakes would be ideal for use with my heated spa foot bath, as I very rarely have a soak in a bath because I much prefer a shower instead.In the absence of any usage instructions, it has been a trial and error process, and I am still unaware whether or not I am using the right ratio of flakes to water, but, nevertheless, they do have a nice relaxing, soothing effect.
