Straight into the bloodstream and by passing the stomach acids. But here is the biggest shout out to the company. You get 120 tabs. Each one is 500mg. So you get 120 days supply. Thank you! It does what it says on the box! If I get misled by any more companies stating high dosage supplements and which you then find that you need to take 4 a day. This is an honest company and I shall definitely look nowhere else when I reorder.
