After decades in the industry, I can tell you that magnesium is just one of those few main supplements that most people should consume on a daily basis, because it’s a cofactor in hundreds of enzymatic systems within the body; so, you do your health a lot of good by consuming it on a consistent basis.Omega oils, Vitamin D along with a premium multivitamin are a few of the others; but you’ll not get enough Magnesium from the aforementioned multivitamin; so, additional supplementation at the right potency is key.I’d normally dissolve a large scoop of pure magnesium and glycine (to create magnesium-glycinate) to reach my daily quota; but when I travel, I tend-to use tablets, as you can get the 375mg (or so) of ‘elemental’ magnesium in one single tablet. But taking two of these capsules that will provide 80% is really okay; especially if you then ‘top this 80% up’ with (as I say) a good quality multivitamin.I wish that these used a vegetable source of ‘magnesium stearate’ (typically used as an anti-caking agent, binder, lubricant, etc.) as these magnesium salts of fatty acids (as they are otherwise known) offer no positive health benefits; despite there being ‘magnesium’ in the title, but the positives of the main magnesium-glycinate far out-weigh any negatives here. Furthermore, this product would be significantly more expensive and unaffordable if I had my way; but as I want to encourage more people to consume magnesium, I’ve ‘glossed-over’ that factor and given this product four-stars to promote ‘any’ use of a better absorbed magnesium, which is what happens when you blend magnesium with glycine. Most supplements use ‘another’ supplement to become more useful or bioavailable when digested in the body; and magnesium is no different.Magnesium can also aid sleep, if taken at the right time.Check with your medical practitioner beforehand, but ‘most’ will have no issues consuming magnesium.Summary = Give health a chance©. Consume some magnesium on a daily basis. That’s it.

I ordered this bottle of Magnesium Gycinate capsules from the Bolo brand iPerk. Each capsule contains 150mg of magnesium glycinate, part of your 2 capsule, 300mg daily serving. RDI per person varies by eight and gender, but its somewhere between 360 and 450 mg, so two serviing represents about 80 percent of an adults RDI.Magnesium Glycinate is a readily bioavailable version of magnesium which is made by mixing it with glycine. This version mixes magnesium gycinate, magnesium stearate and magnesium oxide together; these compounds all work in the body in a different way and are taken for different reasons. The only other ingredient is Hypromellose, which is the capsule shell. So these are pure capsules providing magnesium in a standard, tasteless, easy-to-take form. These capsules are made by a UK company; the are suitable for vegetarian and vegan consumption.Five stars
