It gets to the desired temperature quickly and the timer function is reliable and accurate. It is easy to use and very cosy. The fabric is very soft and comfortable and the electric cord is of a useful length. Very happy with it.

I purchased this product for my mother who finds it constantly cold in the house. The heat pad is a perfect size to put on her lap and back. The temperature can be adjusted for comfort and it is also washable which is a bonus. She is very happy with the item and has it on when feeling chilly. Has even stopped using the fire and has this on her lap instead so will save on heating bills . Very happy with item and would recommend.

I like this heating pad! It’s soft, heats up quickly, and the large enough for covering my back. The adjustable heat levels and timer options make it super easy to customize, and the automatic shut-off gives peace of mind. Perfect for cold days or when you need relief from aches and cramps. This is an excellent product and literally saves me on my electricity bill. It heats up really well and is big enough to cover the parts of your body that need heat the most. I've been using it for a few months now while sitting in my armchair and reading a book. I only turn on the heating occasionally when it's very cold, but most of the time, I don’t need it, as the heat pad works really well. I’ve used electric blankets before, but they’re not very convenient when sitting. The heating pad is easy to use and remove.Highly recommended. It will save you money on your bills in the long term

Plugged this in and used for 30 minutes. Warmed up quickly. Had it on power level 4 setting. After 30 minutes, I thought I'd see how toasty it would be if I increased to power level 6. After 5 minutes, there was suddenly the sound of electrical sparks, a smell of burnt plastic, and the heater had powered off. I immediately unplugged it.I cannot find any sign of scorch marks anywhere on the outside, otherwise I'd include a photo. But the sounds of sparks and the smell of burnt plastic is more than enough to put me off attempting to use this blanket again! Such a shame, it seemed like such a nice product.I'm sending it back for a refund and going back to using the less risky hot water bottle method.

It’s a great product. It keeps my bed warm in the winter. It’s very comfortable and I believe it’s its good value for money. The size is awesome as it covers a wide space on my bed. It’s also good for Pain relief. To top it off, the regulator is my favorite feature. Very good product.

I should have read all the information before purchasing this.I have a long term condition which Iv found heat helps.I have a desk job so I’m sat for hours. I purchased this to help with pain whilst working or for when I’m sat in my arm chair.After reading the instructions it states not to be sat or leaned on. The pad is designed to put on top of the body part, so unless I can lay flat and type and have someone put this over my back it is of no use.Not returning as it may come in use .Arrive the next day, packaged well.Checked everything for damage but all good .Heats quickly and I tried it on the medium heat which is just right.
