They were true to size. I found them easy to push into trainers as they are very flexible. In fact I've had them in and out of various different footwear now and there's no sign of damage with the constant flexing and pushing in and pulling out. I found them comfortable to wear. I hadn't experienced any pain before I got them, so I didn't buy them to address plantar fasciitis - I'd just noticed that my feet had got very flat with living in slippers, trainers and flipflops and wanted to try and reinstate the arch of my foot. The only downside is that they lift your heel up higher, so my ankle is now higher up in the trainer and the back part of the trainer doesn't grip the foot quite as well. There's a bit of slipping, even after tightening the laces.

The media could not be loaded. On receipt I thought these insoles flimsy and decided to return them. I was delayed by printer problems, then decide to keep and try the insoles, given the low price. They have redeemed my painful new Keane walking shoes., that caused me toe pain on my last Camino de Santiago in June. My big toe no longer rubs against the shoe and the shoes are lighter on my feet. I often walk 8-14k locally. The insoles are spongier than the originals from the shoe. They well support my insteps. I want to apologise to the provider/ manufacturer for my first impression and I would recommend their product.

Looked like they had been previously returned, very flimsy and bits not stuck together properly with scuff marks on one. I may just have been unfortunate. I returned them without a problem.

I NEVER get backache wearing these in my shoes. Used to have a job standing for 6 hrs straight a time. Knew these would make a difference. They feel a little odd when you first wear them but you easily get used to it.
