I honestly don't know why people are rating this earpiece bad. The sound quality is very good. I havent had any problems with this ewrpiece at all and i will highly recommend it. It been the best i bought so far in years.

This waste of money the mic is not good other person can’t hear clearly , you can hear the other person clearly. The attachments to grip the device is very bad not strong enough to keep the Bluetooth hang on the ear. Will not recommend to anyone to pay this much to get this quality Bluetooth.

I love this headset, it is exactly as stated 100%. It is comfortable in the ear and the over the ear piece is soft and durable. I wrap my head and wear glasses, so I was worried that it would be uncomfortable, but that isn't the case at all. I've listened to music with it and volume level is very good. All I have left to do is make a phone call and see how I sound to the person I'm calling and how they sound to me!!! So far I am a 100% satisfied customer!!

Good Replacement for Plantronics M70
I wish Plantronics still made the M70 Bluetooth headset, but they don't. Bluetooth headsets must look like insects to dogs, because they tend to get chewed up or otherwise not last forever, and I've tried a few unsatisfactory replacements. This is the first one I like in terms of comfort, functionality, and sound quality (I still have one working M70, and people tell me this headset sounds about the same as that one). In fact, the battery life and range (distance from my phone) of this headset are even better than the M70.I don't like the ear hook and speaker cover as well as the M70, but the ear hooks and covers I'm used to are inexpensive to buy separately, and since I have some on hand, I'm already using a different ear hook.

recently I purchased this Bluetooth Earpiece, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The fit is snug and comfortable, making it ideal for extended use, whether I'm on calls or listening to music. I work as a delivery driver and it’s the law to have a hands free device to answer the phone , it’s my first time using one of these (I usually wear my iPods) even tho I use it in my left ear the one next to the windows and with the window open I still can speak and hear clearly all my calls , it feel right on the ear and the Bluetooth connectivity is great , no drop calls and clear sound it comes with a small case where you can store it at the end of the day I charge it every night and it last my 10-12 hours shift .. very happy with it !
