My cats love this. We've had it for a while now and are extremely happy with it. It's easy to use and definitely sturdy. If anything brushes up against it while it's in the cleaning cycle it will automatically stop moving so there's no worry of a cat getting injured. Has automatic cleaning cycle that you can program to your needs. The app notifies you every time the cat uses it, although I find it can't necessarily tell the difference between two different cats. My cats are quite different in size and it still can't tell which is which half the time. The bin is simple to change, there are two cats using it in my house and I'd say I need to change the bag in the bin around one or occasionally two times per week and the same goes for the litter. We are using Pettex silicone litter which works well. Cleaning it is a little trickier than a normal tray in that the lip around the outside catches litter as you try to pour it out making the last bit a little hard to get out of the tray. The drum itself isn't too heavy but with litter in it it is and it's quite bulky so it's a bit awkward to tip the litter out when you go to change it. It's also a little difficult to get the litter to accurately tip into a bin bag so do it on a bit of floor that's easy to clean in case some of the dirty litter spills or alternatively use a scoop or something similar to do it manually without having to tip it out. Cleaning with the shower head and some cleaning fluid is really easy. It doesn't smell much outside of the few minutes after it's been used although occasionally the flap that covers the bin stays slightly open and you can smell the bin; if that happens just open the bin hatch at the top and push the flap closed. I bought mine on deal for under £300 which is a very competitive price.

This product offers great value for the money (and suporsingly its even cheapter than similar products!), improving both my cats' toilet experience and reducing my workload of cleaning their litter box.Most importantly, it's safer for cats compared to other automatic litter boxes. The one shown in my photo has multiple motion sensors, weight sensors, and infrared sensors to prevent cats from getting stuck between the bin and the roller. However, UBPET addresses this safety concern simply by: 1) keeping the door always open to the outside so cats can easily exit, and 2) ensuring that the bin spins with the roller, eliminating any edges where a cat could get stuck.It's also easy to clean. With the complete separation of the motor and roller, I can just lift the roller for cleaning without worrying about water damaging the electrical parts. This design also prevents the electrical components from rusting quickly due to damp litter residue on the walls.For odor control, I've been using it for three weeks now, and there’s no noticeable smell. The bin is fully enclosed with fewer gaps, so odors don't escape. The large opening and low entry are perfect for my big Ragdoll and my small Munchkin with really short legs—no extra tools are needed to help either of my cats use this litter box.As an engineer myself, I'm really impressed by the great design of the UBPET litter box. With fewer components, it's less likely to break easily (OMG, I hate it when sensors get blocked or broken, and I have to fix them myself! I know how easily things can break down when there are too many electrical parts). I genuinely recommend it! :)

I bought this product in November for my two cats and it worked great at first. The app for tracking usage was useful and it was easy to clean. Occasionally the drum would get stuck every now and then and it would need switching off and on again to reset, I would get a device locked at roller or drum stuck notification.Over the past two or three months the product has started doing this more often and this has been really inconvenient. In the past two weeks this has stopped working altogether - every cleaning cycle the drum gets stuck or gets locked at the roller. This has led to our entire kitchen stinking of cat poo because when it looks the door to the waste is open. When we are work the cats have accidents and this has been difficult to manage as they used to this litter tray now. I'm now having to use an Alternative litter tray for the two of them and I'm really disappointed that it isn't working properly as this was bought to alleviate the issue of smell.I've tried contacting customer service or arranging a swap or return but I've not heard anything back nor been able to find someone to call.

Very impressive, I have several cats all will use it. Easy to empty the bag. Only disappointing factor that for the price i would have expected it to come with some bags but they have to be bought separately

Great but leaks

I have this a month now only and it works great but leaks underneath, contacted customer service only to be told I need to send it back for a refund and they can’t offer a replacement. Contacted the company themselves and was told to contact Bolo so now I’m left with a machine that leaks or send it back and be without a litter tray for weeks to return, refund and reorder 🤬 tried to upload video but couldn’t

The media could not be loaded. L’installation a été très simple et peut être surveillée à distance via l’application. Elle est plus grande que je ne pensais, idéale pour les chats de grande taille. Le plus important pour moi est la sécurité, et avec ce modèle à bac ouvert, il n’y a aucun risque pour les chats. J’ai un chat et un chaton, et ils n’ont pas eu peur; ils ont très vite commencé à l’utiliser.Le produit inclut également plusieurs blocs anti-odeurs. Le vidage est facile et rapide, avec une option pour vider tout le sable. Il n’est pas précisé quel type de litière fonctionne le mieux. J’utilise de la litière non-agglomérante sans problème, mais il se peut qu’il fonctionne encore mieux avec de l’agglomérante.L’application est très pratique, elle permet de régler les horaires de nettoyage et de suivre l’activité quotidienne de mes chats.

Quel bonheur ! Plus de caca et pipi à côté. Si j avais su plus tôt...Le prix oui mais moins de nettoyage tous les matins, d odeur à vomir, j ai 4 chats, moins de sacs poubelles et de sacs de litières...la machine parfaite surtout avec son entrée extra large. Pour l instant fonctionne parfaitement. . Utilisation des plus simple pour une mamie comme moi ne maîtrisant pas les nouvelles technologies. Et quand je suis pas sûr. Je débranche la prise, remets, et tout repars....

The media could not be loaded. J'utilise ce bac à litière automatique pour chat depuis un certain temps. Je souhaite vous raconter mon expérience la plus réaliste de son utilisation. J'ai deux chats à la maison.Tout d'abord, je n'ai finalement pas besoin de nettoyer moi-même leurs excréments au moins deux fois par jour, ce qui me permet de me sentir beaucoup plus détendu. Deuxièmement, c'est très intelligent, la machine s'arrête de fonctionner dès que le chaton le touche. il n'y a donc pas lieu de s'inquiéter de coincer le chat. J'ai reçu du savon gratuitement et il n'y a aucune odeur dans le salon de 15 mètres carrés. Enfin, je tiens à dire que vous n'avez pas à vous soucier de ne pas savoir comment utiliser l'application ou d'autres opérations. recommandé.

Ce bac nous change la vie

J’ai 4 chats, et la corvée des litières était pénible. Plusieurs bacs à gérer, sans compter 2 des chats étant « nareux » et refusant d’aller dans la litière si les autres chats y avaient fait leur besoins avant, ce qui résultait chaque matin en une quinzaine de minutes de nettoyage du sol. Ce bac à litière est la solution. Les 2 chats propres l’ont adopté directement, et les 2 nareux sous 48 heures. Il est super simple d’utilisation, se nettoie tout seul après le passage du chat, et est très simple à vider. Nous ne mettons pas de sac dans ce bac car nous mettons leurs déjections dans le fond du jardin. De temps à autre, je demande un nettoyage manuel si j’estime que cela est nécessaire (il arrive que tout ne tombe pas dans le bac à déjections dès le premier nettoyage automatique). Par précaution, j’ai programmé plusieurs nettoyages la nuit pour éviter ce léger souci, et être certain de retrouver mon sol propre. Je ne peux que recommander cet achat, qui m’a l’air aussi efficace que son concurrent à un tarif bien plus élevé.
