The idea of providing soap crystals instead of liquid makes a lot of sense, at it cuts down the size and weight of product to be transported. So I would give five stars for the concept. However, when mixed, the resulting soap is disappointingly thin. And the sachets should be £1.25 each max, not £2.25. For me, this isn’t great value for money. Product needs to be improved, or sold at a lower price point.

I love that I can use this in my soap dispensers that I have left from old liquid soap which means less plastic waste, it’s easy to use and goes a long way.I love the vanilla scent and get more than enough out of 750ml soap dispenser so I could probably get away with half a sachet each time. Personally I prefer this one over the foaming hand soap which I have tried before but that’s just personal preference on consistency of soap.Love the vanilla scent I ordered will definitely try others.I know some people have said that it’s not worked in their Amber raindrops bottle, but that’s not for this , which is probably why it doesn’t work.The foaming bottle is for the foaming tablets, so it’s not really a manufacturer issue, but a user error so don’t be put off.

I really wanted to like this as I love other refillable household products that you have to dilute to use. But this was very disappointing - the main issue is that I found this hand soap to be incredibly drying for my skin (more than with any other “eco” hand soaps I’ve used before). It also is a bit of a pain to make, as you have a fiddly little paper funnel to get the soap granules out and then there’s a multi-step process to get the actual soap diluted and ready to use. Not quick, not convenient, won’t be buying again.

Fabulous idea but for 2 major issues - 1) the sachets are for 200-400ml bottles and I wasn't aware until I made them up, and now I have watery handwash in 500ml bottles. That fact should have been made clearer. 2) why such big packaging for such small items. Not really being as eco as you could be. They could then be posted through letterbox.

- Review for Raindrop Sustainable 4x Eco-friendly Hand Wash Refill Sachets, 1 Tablet = 1 Bottle of Soap 300 ml || Colour: Bergamot || Price: £9.99 (at time of ordering) -I really like this more sustainable approach to hand soap. It saves so much plastic, while also being infinitely easier to store. The soap itself comes out well, and for all intents and purposes you wouldn't know it was made any differently to normal soap.There were a few teething issues initially; the paper funnel it comes with quickly becomes damp and clogs up the powder. I've found the best way is preparing the soap in a separate vessel first, where you can rip the top off the tube and poor the whole thing in. It's much much easier than trying to squeeze the clumpy powder into a narrow opening, and even my plastic funnel was blocked straight away. If you do it in a jug, it's easy to swirl/stir to help it dissolve, and once it's ready you can pour it straight into your soap dispenser and give it a good shake.As you might expect, making it with more water gives you more diluted and thinner soap, and it works best with 250-300ml (the instructions say 250-400ml). Not that more liquid significantly reduces it's soapiness or anything, it just makes it more likely to jet across the room when you push down on the pump!Lovely mild smell, and I'm very pleased with the soap itself. I do think the price point is a little high though, I would kind of expect it to be cheaper than buying pre-made soap since it's literally just four sachets of powder. If you got six for £10, it would feel more valuable. Otherwise a great product, recommended.

I really wanted to like these as they’re so eco friendly. The soap is good and smells nice.I’m not sure if it’s my dispenser, the nozzle is quite thin but it continually gets blocked up and then squirts out at a strange angle, so I’ve cancelled my subscription. It also leaves a residue on the sink which I can feel when I clean it.Hopefully it’s my dispenser and the rest of you can enjoy it.

This is a 4 item set of hand wash sachets with lavender and aloe scent. It comes with an instruction manual to convert the sachet to a liquid hand wash in 250-300 ml size. Works well. Smells great. And a very sustainable & environment friendly choice. Liked the idea and supporting it.Note that this is a Vine review for the item sent for free to review. My reviews are not based on the price but just the material, make, general quality and the usefulness of the product. Please do your own research and comparison on the price.

Really disappointed with these refills. They make the water far too viscose causing the Raindrop pumps to fail. Both broke of mine, defeating the sustainable credentials of buying refills. I don’t recommend.
