I initially got a sample of liquid IV with my grocery shop. I used it one day as I'd be vomiting and I am a diabetic, so I followed directions and drank it. It worked a treat. I looked everywhere and found Bolo to have a fair price. I bought 2 packs, you get 3 sachets in each & they come in various flavours.Brilliant to have especially if you do a lot of sport or your unwell. Great fir hangover too. Really easy to mix, there are little pricy however it's not something you'll have on a daily basis.
