They are very sturdy, metal, easy to install. You will need a drill if you want to make it very secure. There are two options, tape in or screw in but we did both. Maybe it's meant to do both. Clean area with alcohol and let completely dry before adhering (already) attached (to base) mounting tape. It says to wait 24 hours to use, for the tape. If you want to attach with the included screws as well, predrill holes and install screws included. The trays come with removable plastic liners and with wire racks. We kept the liners in place and didn't put the wire racks in them because we didn't need them there. We did use one of the wire racks in another cabinet to organize some of the smaller lids for pots and pans so that was an organizational added bonus! It was the PERFECT solution for the storage of our many freeze n go food prep square and rectangle containers, even allowing extra room for the six round ones. The sliding function works like a dream. The photos express more clearly than all my words can. It stores a LOT of these containers. The images only show the front rows. There are more stacks of containers behind those.
Great quality!
I put these under my coffee bar to hold my coffee pods. They are easy to install ( note there is a latch under each rail to remove drawer for easy installation.) Once installed they glide very smoothly. I am very happy with the quality.
Quality drawers
I like the quality of these drawers (they are metal). I wasn’t expecting them to be so sturdy for the price. They have a removable plastic tray on the bottom for easy cleaning. The rails are pre-installed and mount with adhesive which is super easy. The rails are very slim which is nice for getting the most use of space, but my cabinets have a lip in the opening that prevents them from sliding out. I had to put a piece of plywood under to raise it up for clearance so be sure to take your cabinet type into account. I wish they came in more sizes for a variety of cabinet sizes because they are good quality and cost less than others.
An Easy Way to Organize Your Cabinets!
These were so easy to install! I used the sticky foam vs the screws and they are super strong. Install tip, make sure you are holding the tracks and basket together before sticking. The sides, back and front are tall enough to hold bottles, or other items with falling over.
Great concept but not enough clearance
I have been looking forward to installing a pull out organizer for my cabinet to organize condiments and sauces and easily access items in the back of the cabinet. This seemed pretty close perfect as it doesn’t require any drilling and the dimensions were perfect for the 11 inch opening. The drawer is tall enough so it doesn’t require an additional bin or container to keep all the bottles upright. Although it’s not wood, the construction is pretty solid as it’s made of metal.There are couple issues with this item. There are many sharp corners. The biggest issue is that the tail track catches on the cabinet. Although the drawer is slightly elevated, when it’s weighed down with bottles and if there is a slight lip to your cabinets, it will scratch up your cabinet as there isn’t enough clearance. It’s also pretty hard to remove this if you change your mind. When we found the scratches, I started using a hair dryer to soften the double sided foam tape but it’s tricky with the drawers blocking access to the tape. I finally yanked the drawers off the track, hammered down the lip that was scratching up the cabinet and reinstalled it. It works well now but it will be a permanent fixture.
