I take it before bed, and it helps me slip into a deep, restful sleep. I wake up feeling relaxed and refreshed, with a gentle boost in energy. Better sleep and better energy!I’ve been using this sleep booster and metabolism booster supplement for a few weeks now, and I can’t recommend it enough. No weight loss experienced. Weight has plateaued so thought may help kick start loss but not to be . Took night time as others have mentioned and during the morning as on the bottle, as well as a sensible m, controlled diet and made absolutely no difference. No side effects experienced.

I've tried different fat burners before, but this one stands out. I've been using it for just over a week, and it's definitely working. I'm already noticing a difference. On top of that, I'm sleeping much better at night, which is a huge bonus. A great all-rounder that actually delivers!

Awesome sleep! I wake up feeling very refreshed and engerized in the morning. As a fat burner, it definitely does the job-I`ve already started noticing the effects. Highly recommend!
