Its kinda funny that this toy was how I learnt that there was a live action version of the film coming out, I had originally thought it was just some strangely over the top marketing, but I suppose the fact this is still very clearly the same Toothless people came to know in the animated ones is a good thing when it comes to how recommendable it can be (given the movie isn't out at the time of writing).Its of a good size to be played with with moving parts where you'd want them to be including some well thought of use of sounds (like flight sounds and roars via the back legs) and the plasma breath of course. I will admit the wings are something to be a little careful with but should be sturdy enough as long as the child doesn't purposely pull on them a lot. Very much a toy for a kids imagination though just detailed enough that it wouldn't look too out of place on a shelf or desk of someone that liked the original animated film they were originally seen in (a whole 15 years ago as of writing!). Decently recommendable I would say regardless of how the movie its tied to turns out (hopefully good).

Dreamworks Dragons, Plasma Sounds Night Fury:I think this is the most detailed of the toys that I have seen and likely the one that will get the most play through considering it is the main character.Plus with the added sounds that it makes depending on which direction the legs are facing, play time should last for hours whilst you child is engrossed in it all.There are no small removable bits to speak off but the tail is detachable.If you're going to buy any one of these, this should be the first one.

This is a well made toothless toy from a well known brand and this along with several other toys from this range have been released in coordination with the live action movie that's coming out telling the same tale as the original animated film. The toy is a decent size and quite well made and whilst it does have a button to make some fire breathing sort of noise, that's it and anything else is down to the imagination of your child. It would be nice if it actually did more as it's quite limited and why I dropped a star.My daughter is a great fan of the "How to train your dragon" series so the lack of things this toy does doesn't seem to bother her and she loves playing with this for hours anyway and somehow it's made it's way in to her Barbie games which is amusing to watch. Overall a well made toy even if it is limited and for the fun it brings I recommend it.

This is a really well made toy. Looks just like the character and has a lot of detail. It feels solid and sturdy so I think it will survive any drops or bumps. It has opposable limbs and makes a sound but is otherwise a basic, but well made toy.

La Furia Buia migliore di sempre
Modellino a dir poco stupendo, estremamente dettagliato e dal corpo molto slanciato. Ho apprezzato in particolare la coda realizzata in un materiale più soffice (ma sempre robusto) per dare l'idea della membrana alare, i dettagli dei denti e lo sguardo verde e penetrante molto realistico.Sono cresciuta con la serie di Dragon Trainer e l'ho sempre amata. Avere questa meravigliosa action figure dopo aver visto il live action al cinema a distanza di anni è fonte della stessa emozione che ho provato con l'uscita del primo film.Figura di Furia Buia immancabile nella collezione di tutti i fan della saga.
