Very good for the price. Works best after a shower as wax becomes softer and easier to remove. Comfortable when in the ear canal and is very flexible so as not to cause discomfort.

I’m delighted with this device: I was able to use it without help and it easily removed the wax. It was quick and painless. The spiral tips have a spongy feel- they act like a corkscrew but are soft enough to remove the wax without causing trauma or damage to the ear canal. Each of the sixteen spiral tips are the same size and should only be used on one occasion then disposed of in the normal waste. Children need to be 12 or over.The device is good quality and because of all the spiral tips could be used hygienically for other members of the family. The handle can be washed.Top marks to the guy who thought up the idea; I won’t hesitate to buy another if I ever use all the tips or lose them.I have written this review the day after using the wax remover to reassure myself and others that my ear canal was not damaged by the procedure- there was no inflammation of the ear canal. My hearing is back to normal.

Came in perfect condition and was better than I hoped. I used to pay £60 to have my ears cleaned at Specsavers, but this works a lot better. Now I will save a lot of money. Thank you!

First time user and I'm now converted to them. Great value and genuinely brilliant - much more effective (and safer!) than using a cotton bud, which just pushes wax further in. These actually remove the wax and it’s weirdly satisfying to use too! Soft and comfortable in the ear, and easy to remove and replace from the holder.Top tip: I used a few Otex drops first to soften things up — makes a huge difference and helps get more wax out with ease.
