I bought it for Minoxidyl so I could evenly spread it on my scalp as I have thinning hair. it just made it super easy to do. It has a measuring part in it too so you can get exactly the amount you need. Excellent product.

This product is a really handy tool with a little lid to keep it safe and upright. It stops you from using too much and so you waste hardly any minoxidil which is expensive and it goes straight onto your scalp. It has been a much improved gadget to my routine for my hair.

i at least thought my skin would feel wet but i think the minoxodil was just evaporating before it even touched my skin

Speeds application and prevents greasy hair.

While my hair is not thinning in a noticeable way, I had still planned on eventually adding minoxidil to my daily skin/teeth/hair care routine because of minoxidil's incredible anti-aging properties (and helping to keep your hair in the long run is pretty nice too). What had prevented me from using it was the greasy look I had seen from other people who use it, and my own personal experience with a greasy hair look during a test application. This applicator is the perfect solution, the photo of my hair included in the review is how I looked directly after application of generic kirkland brand minoxidil without even waiting for it to dry and as you can see there is not much in the way of greasy residue. It almost works like a giant ballpoint pen, directly applying the contents only onto the scalp where it makes contact and the hair hardly touches it. Can hold 3 ml but for myself, roughly 2 ml is enough for total scalp coverage. Even though application was only a couple of minutes, I'm sure a device like this with a larger surface area would be even faster. As it stands currently, this applicator is exactly what I was looking for.
