Well packaged. All instructions clear and easy to follow with pictures on assembling and using. Compared to my previous Blender base this one is much lighter weight and both sets of blades smaller, therefore, I was prepared for it not to be as good. I used it for the first time yesterday to blend fresh ginger which I use to make ginger cordial. Excellent results, motor more powerful and not as noisy as my defunct one. Hoping it lasts as long. I was also impressed with the guarantee.

Very powerful for the price, I advise to follow the instructions as if the ingredients are put in the wrong order the device overheats quickly and it starts to smell of burning.

Lasted 2 months, was working fine. Only ever made smoothies with frozen fruit and juice. It started to smell of burning - electrical about 2 weeks ago then wouldn't turn on as it was seized up to the point that the cheap plastic nob broke off. Tried to turn it on with pliers and smoke billowed out and it wouldn't turn off, had to unplug it.
