This gift was very well received by my great-niece and she was keen to get started with it straight away. Unfortunately the time was not right as it was the middle of her 5th birthday party! I haven't heard yet, but assume that she will have enjoyed getting creative at the first possible opportunity.

This is one of those products where I am torn between awarding 3-stars or 4-stars. On the balance of value for money, I have decided I cannot award more than 3-stars because I was a bit underwhelmed by the contents for £17.The included paints are generic small pots with a clutch of glow paint & glitter sticks, and a handful of stickers. No lacquer or glaze is included. Neither is there any gloves. Nothing would suggest any added value for your £17.The so-called rocks are actually just washed pebbles, like the ones you'd find in Southsea, Portsmouth, so they're not exactly value-adding either.The recipients will be young children for Easter activities so they will be happy & excited anyway. And oh my, are you going to want to them to enjoy these and make the most of them because you'll quickly run out rocks - sorry, pebbles.

I have tested this kit out with two youngsters and they made a really nice gravel drive that glows in the dark. I was surprised to find a very good range of water-based paints in bold and pastel colours along with two sets of brushes (wide and narrow).The best overall background finish is obtained with the foam sponge rather than brushing and it is obviously better to allow each coat to dry before splodging on the next layer.The transfers work very well (if you put them face down and soak the backing paper). The stick-on wobbly eyes can really give a good finish to ladybirds etc.The tubes of glitter add a welcome sparkle to the finished pieces.The grey pebbles are clean and smooth and I found that half the fun of this kit was in choosing the best pebble for the job.

Item arrived packaged fine but when opening today for children to play - the red paint pot was cracked so the paint had dried up and spilled everywhere! Typical favourite colour out of use! Ok to use other colours but disappointing.Without returning the whole product, no option given for complaint / refund!Definitely wouldn’t buy again! Where are the quality checks?!!

¡Este kit de pintura de rocas ha sido un éxito total en casa! Mis hijos se lo pasaron en grande dando rienda suelta a su creatividad y creando auténticas obras de arte. El kit incluye todo lo necesario: rocas de diferentes tamaños, pinturas de colores vibrantes, pinceles, ojos saltones, gemas adhesivas y ¡hasta pintura que brilla en la oscuridad!Me encantó ver cómo los niños disfrutaban personalizando sus rocas, pegando los ojos saltones y decorándolas con las pegatinas de transferencia. La pintura que brilla en la oscuridad fue un gran atractivo, ¡les encantó ver cómo sus creaciones se iluminaban en la oscuridad!Además de ser una actividad muy entretenida, este kit también es educativo. Ayudó a mis hijos a desarrollar su coordinación mano-ojo, su concentración y su imaginación. Las rocas con bordes suaves y las pinturas no tóxicas me dieron la tranquilidad de saber que mis hijos estaban seguros mientras se divertían.Sin duda, este kit es un regalo perfecto para cualquier niño. ¡Lo recomiendo al 100%!
