I have a rotary cuff should injury and I am finding that it is giving real relief. It is a little heavy but this is to be expected and once in place does not move about. Quality is great and I highly recommend purchasing.

My wife suffers from upper back / shoulder pain and the application of heat definitely eases the discomfort. Thus far she had been using one of those bean bag type things that you heat up in a microwave, and whilst effective, as you might expect the temperature isn’t constant and fades away fairly quickly. So, decided to buy this plug in shoulder blanket for some constant application of heat and I have to say she is very happy with it. The blanket itself has a good weighty feel which is never a bad thing and it has a nice well constructed fleecy finish. The power lead and attached hand control is also a very generous and practical 7 foot long give or take, the hand control providing an ample range of temperature settings. All things considered it had been a good buy and comes highly recommended.

Neck & shoulder warmer arrived and is exactly as described. On the PLUS SIDE the HAND CONTROL (on the mains cable to electrical wall socket) was EXCELLENT offering several different levels of heat and variations. On the MINUS SIDE there are 3 MAIN/MINOR ISSUES : 1) that if/when sitting at home, say watching TV and you wish to go and make a cup of tea or go get a glass of wine or whatever, it is necessary to UNWRAP the WARMER and REMOVE IT COMPLTELY from your shoulders if i want to move to another room, WHY? because there is no intermediate cable connector (allowing disconnection) which would allow you to leaving the warmer on your shoulders whilst leaving the socket & main cable plugged in: surely a simple matter to resolve at very modest cost. 2) it is QUITE HEAVY at 2.2 Kg (?) which would be OK IF IT WAS CAPABLE OF BEING LEFT ON - I.E WORN AS NORMAL - with no "dangling" cable I.E. IF/WHEN UNPLUGGED FROM THE ELECTRICITY SOCKET - as described above). 3) the NECK FASTENING - this is by way of a VERY SMALL PRESS STUD. NOT GOOD !; THIS WOULD BE MUCH BETTER & EASIER TO FASTEN VIA A SIMPLE VELCRO FASTENING (EASY PEASY !)Another point - neither a plus or a minus - is that it is quite thick: very much suited to use whilst seated for quite a while in a heated room - possibly a little too thick for some people, especially in light of the lack of an intermediate connector on the cable (item 1) above).ALL THINGS CONSIDERED IT STILL SEEMS LIKE A DECENT WELL-MADE PRODUCT (pity about the lack of a an intermediate cable connector and a silly press stud neck strap - both which can be easily fixed by manufacturer

I put it on over a tee-shirt and set the temp and vibrate at medium and wore it for about thirty minutes while I was working in my shop. The amount of heat was surprising and felt really good. The vibrations were also stronger than I expected and helped also. I have severe disc deterioration and have found very few things that helped with the pain and aided in me staying active. After the thirty minutes with the belt, I took it off and my pain level remained a lot lower for over four hours. I was able to get some things done that I normally would not have. The only issue with the belt so far is that it kept slipping down but, I figure that it was mostly due to the fact that my waist is unfortunately larger that my hips and I was moving around a lot. I used a couple of safety pins to fasten it to my shirt, making sure not to put the pin through an area that had wiring in it. Slippage should not be an issue for skinny folks. I am impressed with the belt and would recommend it to anyone.

Functional, Comforable, & includes Auto-Shut Off

Really enjoying this product. It's comfortable (not awkward/painful to lay upon), a good-size (bigger than most common heating pads, but not HUGE), and warms up relatively quickly (not IMMEDIATELY, but fairly fast).The auto-shut off/timer feature is particularly useful for me... Makes me feel more comfortable falling asleep with it on.I do wish the hottest settings got a bit hotter, but that's a relatively small complaint about an otherwise great product.I'd put it at 4.5/5 stars, so rounding it up to 5 stars.

Best back brace ever!

I've purchased about 5 different back braces in the past but this one is way better than my other ones. Heat is what helps my sore back the most so I thought I would try this one. I havent used the heat or vibration very much because I haven't needed them. This brace gives me relief just because if had a solid back rather metal stays.I really can't say enough good things about it.It has helped me so much.I wish I had found this one before purchasing my other ones and my heating pads.Hope this brace helps others as.much as it did me

Heats up in lickety split time!!

Perfect size for back use or even on my stomach. I can’t believe how fast it heats up…literally can feel the heat within seconds! The soft fabric is comfortable and it helps with forming to your body (I used to have the “old style” heating pad that was a stiff plastic and had the cloth cover). This is like the Cadillac of heating pads! The 9 setting temperature control is a definite plus as well as the timer control. I don’t know how many times I’d forget to shut my old one off and two days later it’s be on still 😳, so to have this option is definitely beneficial for me.All in all I give this product a 5 star review and would recommend to others.

Have been using for multiple days. Love the heating aspect! The massager could be better but I do notice when it turns off and want to turn it back on again. Charge has been holding well. Happy to be able to use HSA for purchase through Bolo.
