I needed to lose weight and was very tempted to try the ozempic style injections but I was too afraid to try them as I have health problems.. I searched the intent for a natural alternative and discovered how Berberine was the closest natural substitute to the injections. Having said that, the product needed to be pure and high dosed. This product ticked all the boxes for me and although it's early days I am already feeling and seeing results. I am very hopeful of losing weight and especially the dreaded tummy bloat which is noticeably reduced and I am more comfortable.

Good quality and clean supplement, hence the higher price point.No added fillers or unnecessary ingredients.Dosage is to take one with a meal up to 3 times a day.If you eat 3 times a day this bottle will only last 20 days.I started off on 1 a day then increased up to 2 a day.I didn't eat with meals, just took after eating in the morning.These have lasted me about 6 weeks.I found they did help with sugar craving.I slowly realised that I wasn't snacking or picking or craving as much sweet stuff.You do need to be consistent and I think with longer term use they will be very effective, especially as I didn't even follow the protocol advised.

This is a high quality Berberine Hydrochloride supplement that is third part lab tested for purity/quality and is made in the Uk. They are all commendable plus points.However, it is just over twice the price of my normal Berberine supplement, which also provides 60 servings and has all the aforementioned attributes ie, Uk manufactured, third party tested etc. However, it also provides a detailed certificate of analysis.So I can't fault the product from a quality point of view, but given I can get twice the amount for just under half the price, I can't exactly recommend it either. If you do your research, you can find better value for money.

So I got these as I had heard that they help with appetite a bit. I took as directed on the bottle, and I really did notice an impact. I am a person who picks at food if I am bored, and I noticed with these that I didn’t eat between my meals at all. I think these could have a good impact on overall healthy eating, and they could help with weight loss from that point of view. They are also easy to swallow and have no smell or taste.
