Great gummies, as with most creatine gummies I've tried then tend to be a bit drier. That said they're easy to take and work well. These also benefit from having a full 5g servicing unlike others that opt for 3 or 4g. One star deducted as they are pricier than others

This is a review of "Gumiz | Max 5000mg Creatine Monohydrate Gummies, Added 1000mg BCAAs, Premium Pre-Workout, Gym Supplement | 90 Gummies - 1 Month Supply | Orange Flavour | Vegan & Sugar-Free"These come in a premium-looking sealed plastic tub.They have a very pleasant orange flavour with no noticeable grittiness to them.My son (and daughter) are both big proponents of creatine as part of their gym/fitness regime. That said, I know that there has been some research recently into various brands of creatine gummies (NOT this brand) which cast doubts on just how much creatine is actually in them.There is no doubt however that taking gummies is a far easier way of taking creatine than powder however.Made in the USA.- - - - - - - - - -Note: As a member of the Vine program I was supplied with this item free of charge. I will always provide an impartial and fair review of the product in question. Why did you choose this product over others?:Coming in standard supplement fare these give about a months worth of creatine per day and need about 3 per workout for the best return.They're great for those on the move or who goto work/college then the gym as they can be thrown into a bag without the hassle of mixing etc and just popped, chomped and ready to go.They are "everything free" for those with allergies and most of all the flavour is really good. They do have that classic vegan style chew though so your teeth go straight through them but it just helps get the down to get the pump on.
