Ordered this for us to have if needed in future as recently needed but didn't have any. If you're looking to replenish your first aid bag and need compression tape, I can recommend this. Good sized pack and easy to use.

Decent quality, and wide too. It adheres to itself, so there's no need for tape or fasteners. The grip is good enough to get good compression, and keep it up all day. I used this for a calf strain, and it improved my recovery time, based on previous experience without using tape, so it certainly seemed to help.It goes on quite easily, and is easy to remove as well, plus you can re-use it too, which is always a bonus.To my mind, this works much more effectively than a traditional bandage would.

A brilliant support bandage without being over tight easy to apply and very comfortable to wear, excellent support for my sprained knee giving just the right amount of required support to keep me moving around and I was able to keep the joint moving which recovered very quickly i now always have some in the first aid kit wouldn’t be without it good value for money and it can be washed and re used if you desire.

This tape is handy to have around our house, ready for use when needed. Easy to use and predictable in my opinion. Pleased with it and I would happily shop for more when the roll eventually runs out.

Although this product is marketed as a sports bandage, it is extremely suitable for any kind of light injury that needs a quality protective covering.I work in various areas of construction and its a regular occurrence to get cuts and grazes from just general work activities and the plasters and dressings in the site first aid kits are OK for a few minutes, but as soon as you start moving about or the dressing gets a bit dusty or wet they just start to fall off.So this is where this elastic adhesive bandage has proved to be very useful, as although it is adhesive, it is not like that awful fabric plaster bandage that leaves loads of glue on your skin when you remove it along with most of your body hairs from under the bandage. This elastic adhesive bandage bonds securely to the back of itself when you use a complete wrap of the area, but it only adheres to the skin enough to hold it in place, so no pain when it comes time to remove the bandage.The bandage also has a small amount of elasticity, so as you flex your body through movement the bandage expands and contracts with it. Just to make you aware you will need to use a dressing pad to cover any wound and then this bandage goes over the top to secure the pad in place.This is a great bandage that stays in place and doesn't keep coming loose or unravelling. The only thing I would have liked would have been for the bandage to come in a plastic storage tube for keeping it clean. But I used and old, empty vitamin container that was exactly the right size and therefore ideal.Highly recommended.

Many years ago I used similar tape and found it helped if only a small amount.This does the same but much better. For me it puts pressure on the place thatis giving trouble. This one is slightly stretchy compared to previous. I have abad knee from an injury I got years ago. Only problem is separating the back offthe piece that goes on to the skin. I leave it on for 24 hours and this seems to be the max beforeit needs taking off.
