I’ve been using the Marshall Willen portable speaker for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. First off, the build quality is exceptional. I am extremely impressed with its sound quality and design. The speaker has a retro look that is reminiscent of Marshall's classic guitar amplifiers and it adds a touch of nostalgia to the overall aesthetic.The sound quality of this speaker is exceptional. It has a powerful and clear sound that fills the room with rich and dynamic audio. The bass is deep and tight, the mids are clear and the highs are crisp and not harsh. I was surprised at how loud the speaker can get while still maintaining the clarity of the sound. It's perfect for listening to music, podcasts or watching videos.The battery life on this speaker is also impressive, it lasts for over 20 hours on a single charge, which is perfect for those long days at the beach or for a weekend trip. It also has a USB-C port for quick charging, which is a great feature.The controls on this speaker are intuitive and easy to use, and it also has a built-in microphone for taking calls, which is a great added feature. I needed a speaker I could take anywhere - particularly outdoors or on holiday. I was particularly keen on the Bose sound core II- however it was a bit too beyond my budget. I came across the Marshall Emberton which looked the perfect size and build quality for my budget. Reviews were pretty good so went against my normal try before you buy and ordered.The sound quality is outstanding for its size- in my opinion equal to the bose at a lower price. Decent bass and volume and I would agree with other reviews that say it excels in the vocals. The build quality is solid and it looks fantastic wherever you put it. I particularly like the central rocker switch, which is responsive and quickly allows you to change tracks and volume with minimal fuss. The battery seems to last forever and the battery level indicator is a useful feature.Small criticism would be no aux input - although i bought it to be portable so unlikely ever to want to plug a device into it. Bluetooth range is ok - not fantastic I usually need to be in the same room to avoid any stuttering- I have come from using chromecast audio where range is not an issue- but less portable. I was surprised to read that despite it using Bluetooth 5.0 it uses an SBC codec rather than more recent AptX or AAC, which offer better latency and marginal improvement in sound quality. Not that I've noticed anything detrimental to the sound quality.Overall an outstanding portable speaker for the money!

Amo Marshall per design cura dei materiali e anche del suono. Confezione con un look che ti viene voglia di guardarla anche solo per curiosità. Materiali ricercati soprattutto rispetto alle precedenti sono nettamente migliorati ho una kilburn da quasi 8 anni e devo dire che questa non sfigura affatto , certo la qualità del suono non è paragonabile ma medi e alti sono precisi ed equilibrati i bassi sono presenti ma non è una cassa da cui pensare di avere i vuoti nello stomaco , piacevole nel complesso senza esagerare, la pulizia del suono come sempre molto molto buona. Quando la porti alle feste o ad una grigliata il volume è davvero potente considerando le sue dimensioni e non distorce mai ,batteria inesauribile , ma la cosa che lascia davvero sbalorditi tutti è il suo design eldavvero cool!!! Animo rock !!!!!
