I can't remember if the size was advertised... But it should be...They are on the small size.I would say if your foot size is bigger than lady's size 5, look for something else. I am a 6... had I not tried them out with lotion, I would have returned them. The gel in one actually ripped as I put it on.My hands are 8 inch wide and 7 long... the gloves just hit my wrists and feel uncomfortable.Again... I should have tried them without lotion first.So... if you have smaller hands and feet than me, you should be fine.

The socks are small, I am size 4UK. I find the socks to be slipping. It’s impossible to walk in them. I put them on straight after shower and as I walked down the stairs they completely slipped off. The gloves are okay. A little big for my small hands, but ok. I don’t think I’d buy this set if I knew how bad the socks were.

You can smell the infused oils which is therapeutic. I have really dry feet so I use with a foot cream overnight. Really impressed with the results
