The media could not be loaded. Fireplace is good. Well packed. Relatively easy put together as long read instructions. Did have slight delay but with very helpful customer service everything was sorted out fast. Would recommend.

For the price this is a great fire, it is Very modern, we hung ours on the wall mount it was pretty easy, on the whole I'm very pleased with this fire

Came a little bit damaged (broken corner of grass and metal bend
Mooie openhaard, prijs zeker waard
Product hebben we met enige vertraging ontvangen door staking DHL, maar de openhaard is zeer goed verpakt waardoor het tijdens transport niet kan beschadigen. Product ziet er goed uit, goede kwaliteit, zeer mooi vlammeneffect wat wordt versterkt door de transparante korrels en houtstukken. Ik heb deze aan de wand gemonteerd, ging op zich goed, ik heb wel verzonken schroeven gebruikt en de beugel voor de schroeven ook verzinkt, dus dit zou nog een mooie aanpassing zijn. Algemeen zijn we zeer tevreden !

Superbe cheminée électrique. L'effet flamme est vraiment bleuffant. Les différentes couleurs sont toutes très belles.Nous l'avons incorporé dans le placo et mise en dessous de la tv. Installation facile. Nous n'utilisons pas le mode chauffage nous ne l'avons pas acheté pour ça, mais uniquement pour l'effet flamme chaleureux et coconing.Effet esthétique superbe, design fin et effet 3d avec vitre sur les côtés est un vrai plus nous pouvons voir les flammes sur 3 faces c'est idéal.

Chimenea elegante y muy lograda con varios efectos de luz. El modo calefacción funciona correctamente y apenas hace ruido. Los troncos estan muy logrados. Por el precio es una buena Chimenea.El trato al Cliente es exquisito y responden rapidamente.
