The product strength of NAD (precursor to NADH the active form of Vitamin B3 used in the body) is reasonable for the money. But is it actually liposomal? I've taken a number of supplements on Bolo that claim to be liposomal. There is probably no real legal definition for what constitutes 'liposomal' and they need phosphatidyl choline or lecithin and to be manufactured in a certain way to be really truly liposomal and effective. Many don't seem to have any lecithin in them at all. This product doesn't include PC or lecithin in the ingredients, so besides the claim there is nothing here that proves it really is liposomal. I haven't taken the capsules apart to taste the powder to see for myself. So the ingredients list needs to be updated or if not the product name/claims changed.

The media could not be loaded. Studies show the science does work to help speed autophagy when fasting. This is why you take it on an empty stomach as it states. I personally take this before a workout on an empty stomach but with some amino acids, pre-workout, and electrolytes all containing 0 calories no sugar.I've had similar product to this back in 2015-2017 and noticed that during my exercises after a year it did speed up autophagy as I looked younger when taking it, a year later I stopped taking it and continued my exercise routines on empty stomach, there was little difference, but I could tell that with NMN and or NAD plus they do help increase the youthful endorphins a lot faster in the body, which helps your cells regenerate over time.I took a star off because it is very expensive for something which may seem a placebo for a regular user at 500mg I'm used to 1000-1200mg in 2 capsules. This states it's not a precursor and a direct NAD hit, it didn't give me energy yet, this takes time as the mitochondria regenerates from fasting which causes that autophagy, at the cellular level, production of the mitochondria is renewed, and eventually the end result is more energy.These things take time, I've been through the whole study back in 2015 when I was exercising 10 hours a day for 6 years, with NAD and NMN and Resveratrol supplements and I was 38 back then looking like a 20-24 year old, some people thought I was 17 or 18, it's crazy how science and bio-hacking works all this done on a daily basis, and taking the maximum legal allowed doses available.This is a pretty good one, it tastes of nothing, is pleasant, but 60 capsules sorry just won't cut it for my exercise regime. The minimum I would say it could work is in months, but the older you get the more NAD your body needs and cannot produce as much as when your young.Basically these capsules are a way to look and feel young over the process of ageing. I liked how this product doesn't have magnesium stearate, or any real nasty fillers. Though I would prefer something else other than rice flour, and silicone dioxide if possible, I take too much of those from other supplements. Would welcome the change, what I would like to see is also a 3 month supply for this price at 2 capsules = 500mg is only for 1 month.P.SThis only works right if you take it on an intermittent fasting diet, and on an empty stomach, exercising just boosts the effects, it does help the body based on latest science, and my own research studies in 2015.
