Thought I’d try these because I take magnesium supplements but I’m not keen on tablets. They are only 3 calories each (recommended dose is 2 gummies a day) so don’t interfere with my diet. They taste lovely! Easy to carry and to pop one in your mouth if you are feeling a bit stressed or anxious. I’m sleeping better when taking them as well. I was expecting more of a wine gum texture but they are softer so I try to mindfully make them last in my mouth when I eat them.

I feel like these are helping me rest better before bed, I stopped taking them in the morning as I think it was making me sleepier so I take them alongside my Known bedtime gummies, after I’ve drank my chamomile tea, Sainsbury’s bed time infusion tea (best tea for insomnia) and Chinese oolong tea (for mental alertness once I wake up and it promotes better quality sleep)

I just received these. They taste horrible.Usually, I don't bother reviewing . I thought I was buying magnesium gummies. Turns out the have l . theanine, sunflower leticin and bunch of other stuff in them too . I won't be buying them again. Unpleasant taste won't go away. So bad I will have to bin them and reorder a different brand.
