By simply twisting the knob at the top you can change between 5 different weights. It's easy, squeeze and turn, it's quick and it's four weights in one. It has a good non-slip handle and an easy to clean finish. I have shoulder surgery upcoming and this will be great for doing rehab exercises at home.

Good grip with plenty of room for hands- there is zero rattling or clinking while doing the workout. Storage is a breeze with the sleek design. I sit it upright beside my rack of dumbbells. In terms of workout, I can get a firm grip and for a woman the weight is plenty for most kettlebell exercises.

Good addition to my home gym
I've been using kettle bells for a while for workouts and I'm sold on these. The thing I like the most about them is the cut out spot on the upper part because it provides a space for your forearm to land when raising the kettle bell up with an extended arm. I feel like this is more comfortable and reduces the risk of dropping the kettle bell when it's above the head. Adjustability is great for using the same kettle bell for different exercises.
