I received this item via the vine programme and this is my honest and unbiased review.These seem really nice, easy to take and no horrible side effects.Do they work? Honestly I think they are probably helping me,but I want to take them for longer to be sure!I am happy with these!4 stars!

Cayenne pepper is not something I've consumed a lot of over the years, but it apparently has a whole host of possible health benefits. These include possibly improving digestion, reducing inflammation and blood pressure, reducing pain and improving athletic performance. It is high in antioxidants, vitamins A and C, potassium and magnesium. Doing a little research online, I can't really see any obvious bad side effects when it comes to consuming cayenne pepper, although as with everything I'm sure it can cause digestive stress for some people, particularly with higher quantities.The information on the side of the container suggests taking 1-4 capsules per day and not to freeze them or heat them above room temperature. One capsule contains 650mg of organic cayenne pepper extract, which equates to a minimum of 40,000 heat units. The only other ingredient present is hypromellose (veggie capsule), which means the supplement is vegan and gluten free. Personally I'm not sure I'd be comfortable taking more than one capsule per day as 650mg seems a decent amount of cayenne pepper. Could you possibly have too much of a good thing and upset your stomach? I must admit that I haven't taken more than one of these capsules per day to find out. Taking one daily for several weeks now obviously hasn't suddenly made me feel fantastic, but I'm sure it is benefiting me subtly given all of the many ingredients and their benefits. The capsules are the typical size and a brown colour (probably that colour due to the hypromellose). They don't give off any strong aroma.The best before date was 20 months away from the date of delivery.

they are greyish not red so not sure if there has been mix up when bottled. have bought cayenne for years capsules and powder have always been red. which is shown in ad. googled it but found no greyish colors.

I've tried the Vinco Supplements brand before and thought they were a high quality brand. This cayenne pepper extract or rather capsaicin extract which is the active component of peppers is no exception. It is UK made with zero additives and manufactured to GMP standards. I assume the brown colour of the powder rather than red is due to them being an active ingredient extract with no colours added back in to make them look red. The tub contains 120 capsules.In use, I have been taking 1 capsule per day so will get 4 months out of the tub. It is recommended to take between 1 and 4 but I'm fine with one for now. The capsules are easy to swallow and I've experienced no unpleasant side effects after taking them.Overall, these are a UK made high quality capsaicin extract supplement giving 650mg per capsule with a minimum of 40,000 heat units with no added artificial stuff and I think they are worth the price so would recommend them.

Vinco supplement Organic Cayenne Pepper capsules are easy to swallow, with a decent potency. All Organic ingredients although compared to my previous brands they are a dull brown colour where as cayenne pepper is normally a nice bright red in colour which, you can see the comparison in my photos, which is a bit concerning. They are made in the UK made which is great , vegan and no added nasties at all. Everything good except for the colour , reasonably priced

I received Vinco Organic Cayenne Pepper capsules that contained brown powder. I emailed the company but got no response. For a product that is meant to have no additive how can cayenne pepper be brown.
