My son, who's 9, received this Sillbird 5-in-1 STEM robot set for his birthday, and it has been a hit. The instructions are detailed but could be a bit clearer for younger builders, so some parental guidance is beneficial.The versatility of this set is impressive; you can build five different models, which keeps the toy interesting over time. The remote control works well, and the app adds an extra layer of interaction, allowing for programming and more complex movements. This aspect introduces kids to basic coding concepts, which is fantastic for educational play.However, there are a couple of drawbacks. The app can be a bit finicky to set up, and not all features work smoothly on every device. Also, while the pieces are of decent quality, some parts might not fit as snugly as one would hope, leading to occasional disassembly during play.On the positive side, the customer service from Sillbird has been commendable; when we encountered a missing piece, they responded quickly and sent a replacement. Im Gegensatz zum groĂen Konzern aus DĂ€nemark bekommt man hier Technik Elemente, 100% kompatibel mit den etablieren Herstellern, welche eine gute QualitĂ€t haben und keine Farbseuche. LĂ€sst sich auch ohne Probleme erweitern, der KreativitĂ€t sind keine Grenzen gesetzt. Antrieb und Fernbedienung sind top, die App nutzen wir nicht.
