Ok so yes, I will admit the app, sort of feels a little "clunky" compared to others you might be used to from other brands, but it's perfectly functional. The macro feature in particular is something I've certainly seen implemented poorly if not omitted completely, but works perfectly here. All keypresses are recorded correctly and played back correctly, and will work with things like RDP which often causes problems with software like this.Otherwise... this is how hard I'm going to have to try and find something to criticise here. The Z Offset of the printed pink buttons in the listings images is too high. There, that's it!Otherwise this kit is great, it goes together in moments, but is still a fun little project, and it's genuinely incredibly useful! I'm really surprised in fact how good it is for the price.Oh actually I do have one minor, tiny criticism. And it's a really minor one. I would have really liked to have seen the screw holes on the base to be countersunk in the provided STL files. But equally I kind of consider modifying this to suit your needs to be part of the project and countersinking these yourself would be a great little intro to modelling. Otherwise though, this kit includes an extra key switch, and I would have maybe liked to have seen some rubber feet included. Although arguably, designing and printing your own feet out of TPU to stick on the bottom of the model could also be considered to be part of the project!

I really like this kit.The kit contains a circuit board, six keyswitches, USB cable and the necessary hardware to complete the kit. There is a supplied instruction card with a QR code that links up to the website with the STL downloads for the kit.Once downloaded and sliced the parts printed well, and assembly was a quick and easy process, and the whole unit was built in around ten minutes. The process was entirely soldering free because of the hot swap sockets on the switches, and besides the 3D printer, I only needed a screwdriver.The control knob and keycaps are standard connections and as such you can swap out the print files for others such as anything with a MX compatible stem.Overall I think this kit is fantastic. If you have a 3D printer and want to print something practical instead of benchies this is a great way into creating something useful. Its a great gateway into general maker stuff and a quick way of making a macropad for your computer. I think this is fantastic and a lot of fun!

This review is for the 'Original Bamboo Lab Makerworld MH006 Jet Engine Creative Model Components'As a 3D printing enthusiast I was very aware of these kits offered by Bambu Labs when I was offered this for my review from Bolo Vine. Its great that I can pick them up straight from the Bolo website now.This kit for the jet engine just gives you the necessary bearings and screws for your model. All the instructions and model designs are hosted on Makerworld.I haven't built the model yet, and it would be unfair to give an Bolo rating of the model anyway. This kit is not about the end product, but rather the process. I am looking forward to building this, including resolving any issues that might occur during the build. This will be a winter project for me and I look forward to starting it.Five stars, not just for this model, but for the concept of providing necessary components and plans for inspiring 3d printer builds.

Love this! We don't have a Bambu printer, but can happily print the designs to make this marble run as the files are readily available. After a (long!) print, we were able to put this together with no issues - everything works well and you end up with a marble run that keeps going round and round. Great for getting the kids into engineering / computing activities and we are currently working on some redesigned elements to extend this! Great!

Make a custom clock from 3D printing this is a quality little set ideal for learners and beginners into 3D printing, you can choose from a variety of pre made models online or get tinkering away to make your own from scratch.Works a charm and is a fun little project with the plus of at any time you can change the face of the clock simply and easy.

This is great for many different clock designs that are on makerworld and it works perfectly. These appear to be the same products that are on the Bambulabs site and certainly work well. But I have no idea why they are on here at almost twice the cost as you can still get these on the site for cheaper. I guess shipping would be way faster from here so if you’re after a gift for someone and wanted the parts fast this may be a better place to get them from than the official site. In which case I can recommend this if you are after something like it.

I used the parts to create my own small clock, but had to cut down the hands due to them being a bit long for my use. The clock keeps time well, and I had no issues with changing the time or turning it on. However, my one gripe would be that the mechanism for the clock hands itself is a bit thick. Looking at the clock from the front, the hands seem close to each other, but in actuality have quite a bit of space between them. This means that the top hand sits quite far from the face of the clock, which isn't an issue on larger clocks, but was a bit of a downside for my use.
Fun to put together and has a wide range of uses. Great holiday gift for a young gearhead.
You scan the QR code in the little card and it takes you to the manufacturer's website where you can download the files you will need to print to complete the keypad. You can also download the manual in a PDF which you will probably need, as well as the software driver it requires to configure what each key does, the lighting, etc.I had fun putting it together, and the associated software allows you to do many things, not only assing an y key you want, but for example start an application or go to a website, or even enter your username and password although I don't think that's a good idea.Anyway, it works very well, looks great on your desk and provides much functionality. I added some leftover keycaps I have from a keyboard instead of printing them, but pretty soon I will be printing each one in a different color so I can identify them quickly. The knob is very smooth and controls for example the speaker volume. Nice gift as I said.
Amazing what you can make with a 3D printer these days.
This was an interesting project. 3D printing a humidifier when 3D filament famously dislikes moisture. I had someone in my house who was looking for a humidifier for their room and I said I would just print them one. Being able to make your own humidifier opens up a lot of possibilities for how you can design it.

Good kit, lots of fun and easy to assemble
This kit took a long time to 3D print all of the prices but it was with it in the end. The marble run has given my kids a lot of enjoyment as they watch it run. The kit is simple but comes with the motor and some marbles. One thing that I think should be added is a power block so you don’t need to scrounge for one. The kit sometime freezes but I more attribute that to a mistake from the printing job. It only does this every once in a rare while though. It’s a good kit and great for showing kids mechanical objects.
