They are super yummy, full of all the right things and devoid of anything nasty, like sugar or aspartame.They help me fast and replace lost sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium to ensure that I am fully hydrated in the correct way.Also superb for helping with a hangover after a few too many vodkas!Amazing people behind the brand; just a pleasure to deal with.I give then a firm 10/10

Electrolytes are salty, so they are not going to taste great on their own. So mix with some water and chug it. these flavours were interesting, the lemon and lime suited the salt best. But on the whole no too bad.

returned as both outer and product box were badly damaged. missing sachets inside, Tried the orange flavour and good for cramps etc.PS. found another product which is much better value and in taste and not packaged in individual sachets but loose in a tub

An excellent alternative to LMNT, particularly for those committed to water fasting and keto lifestyles.One of the very few unflavoured options available, completely free from sweetenersβunlike Dr. Bergβs electrolytes, which contain stevia. The absence of sweeteners, however, doesnβt mean it tastes unpleasant; in fact, itβs surprisingly palatable.It does sit at the higher end of the price spectrum. Better compared to salt tablets.

Iβve tried nearly all the other electrolyte brands these are not only the best tasting but also give me the best results! No added extra ingredients, just pure hydration! The watermelon and peach flavours are unmatched! Keeps me hydrated and full of energy on workout days and rest days removing that fatigued feeling. Has become part of my daily routine. Try it and thank me later!

Disgusting apple flavour canβt drink them

I prefer the peach flavour over the watermelon but the saltiness makes it quite hard to drink even when you dilute it in more water than recommended. I use this in the morning at the gym and if I drink it too fast it makes me gag. As an electrolyte drink it's pretty effective but the flavour is just not right. Watermelon tastes very artificial. I don't think I'll be purchasing this again.
