Easy to set up and use, compact size. Depending on the speed chosen it can be relaxing or more vigorous. I chose massage level 5 and it was definitely relaxing. The electric pulses go through the feet to the lower legs and it gives a tingling sensation.

A single foot roller, with spiky shaped silicone parts. Simply put on the floor, place a foot, and start rolling! Comes with an instructional sheet, showing treatment for each area of the foot. Gives a nice tingly sensation, promoting blood flow and eased muscles. Well built, easy to wash.
