It is small enough to be kept on a desk or shelve without taking up too much space. You can't help but let out a little smile when you look at this potato.The decorative box did arrive with some damage but overall isn't too much of an issue.

I give this review honestly and the fact that I did not pay for this item has not influenced my rating]As a British fellow approaching middle age while battling long-term depression, I can't resist the smile of this little guy and his uplifting message every time I see him. I haven't been much of a plushie guy since I was a wee lad but this really makes me smile every time so I'd say Auntie Bex has done something very positive.The stitching of these guys is really nice and definitely has that handmade look I remember my own mother having done when she knitted jumpers for me 30+ years ago.Thanks to Steve the Positive Potato lifting my spirits every time I see him, I can't possibly give fewer than 5 stars so I can wholeheartedly recommend the product. I may buy a couple more as Christmas presents.

Exactly as cute and charming as the pictures suggest, and a delightful gift in its own right for anyone that likes trinkets or just needs something to make them smile. The description states "Comes in its own potato bag for a special gift" but this appears to not actually be the case as my 'Steve' arrived only in the half-box as seen in the main photo. I guess "Hooked by Bex" has now become "Mass produced at minimal cost by China" and the arguably-redundant bag didn't make the cut. Regardless, if I didn't know there might have been one, I wouldn't have cared, and this little guy is now cheerily sat on my desk to remind me that 'my thing' is worth doing.

This is the first time I’ve had an original Positive Potato product, and wow! What a difference in quality compared to the copycat versions!This Awesome Avo is bigger than the copycat versions, made from a softer, smoother yarn, is crocheted to a higher standard, and comes in a display box rather than loose in a plastic bag.It’s very clearly a superior product - I won’t be ordering copycat versions again!The little Avo is adorable, squishy, and totally giftable. Love it!

This potato is really cute and sits in his own wood-look cardboard box, holding a positive message on a placard. His story is written on the back of the box, so I don't think that he should be removed from the box, I'm going to keep him in his box.I work as an exam invigilator, mainly with the concessions students, and they love things like this, sat on my desk at the front of the exam room. I already have a penguin and a pickle, so this potato will fit right in with those two. The students find them comforting and I have been asked if they can have a moment with the penguin when they feel stressed.This potato is well made and has no sharp bits on it that I can find; the pickle was on a spike, so I had to remove that, nothing dangerous that I can see with this one.
