5.0 out of 5 stars Very happy after 1 week of holiday walking/hiking use

I ended up wearing these shoes every day as they look smart enough for a walk around town, are super easy to slip in and provide enough grip on rocky terrain. If you are a serious hiker you might prefer hiking shoes, but I was very happy wearing these for 3 hour hikes that included uneven rocky terrain.Overall really good value for money. The photos were taken after one week of daily use.Regarding fit: the picture with the sizes in the description seems to be right. The size guide on the top of the page is off. I typically wear UK 7 and with these a UK 6 is almost a bit too large.
4.0 out of 5 stars good
great fit, good toe room, looks good,
5.0 out of 5 stars Lightweight yet comfortable
Excellent comfort shoes. Light on your feet but enough sole so it's comfortable to walk unlike some more expensive barefoot shoes. Great for the summer.
5.0 out of 5 stars nice
Very comfortable 😌
4.0 out of 5 stars Light weight perfect for indoor training
These trainers are great for indoor workouts. They are light and airy so perfect for weight training or skipping. They are great value for money meaning you get to keep your expensive trainers clean and sweat free. However, I don't think these would last five minutes if worn outdoors.
5.0 out of 5 stars Wide toe box
Good toe box so comfortable to wear.
5.0 out of 5 stars Well made barefoot shoes, good for those with wide problematic feet.
I was advised that I need close fitting shoes for less risk of tripping and falling, which would be serious at my age. At the same time they should be comfortable. These shoes tick all the boxes, I'm very pieased with them. They suit my wide feet. I made them into slip-ons by adjusting the long laces to the right tightness and weaving the extra here and there to get it out of the way. They feel very secure on my feet, comfortable but not floppy. They are one size less than the size guide indication.
4.0 out of 5 stars Smart super-slippers, rather than something for the trail miles
The zero drop shape of these sneakers makes them feel more like lounge slippers initially. The natural foot position quickly becomes quite comfortable, and the wide toe feels good quickly too, but it didn’t take long for me to really start to miss the support underneath the heel that I’m used to when jogging.Zero drop may be fine in principle if all of the shoe was adequately padded, but trying to do a trail run with these, you’ll feel every single stone and uneven bit of ground, and it could quickly get quite challenging, and potentially quite painful. If you’re deliberately targeting that, building up to actual barefoot running or trying to harden your feet as a deliberate strategy, then these may serve as a halfway house on that journey, but if you’re not trying to do that, then I feel like these could add more pain through lack of padding than they might save from a natural foot position.Besides the very modest padding, these are about as well-manufactured as I would expect them to be for the thirty-quid-ish asking price- you don’t get durable, long-lasting running shoes for that. The stitching is fine, the fabric is a little coarse but has a good amount of stretch on it, and I like the pinginess of the elastic laces and the nicely shaped padding to avoid rubbing behind the ankle.Unfortunately I think I’m going to have treat these as casual gardening and strolling shoes, as they’re not going to be right for my trail running. It’s been really interesting to try the feel of zero drop though, and I’m certainly not against trying that again, if I can find some that I feel are going to offer more protection under my feet.
