I’ve been using the Ultenic T20 Pro for a couple of weeks and it’s performed consistently well across both hard floors and carpets. Suction power is strong enough to lift pet hair and general debris without any issues, and it transitions between surfaces smoothly.The mapping and navigation system is accurate, it avoids furniture and obstacles reliably and hasn’t needed rescuing or manual redirection. It also fits under most of the furniture in our home without any problem.The self-emptying station is a major convenience. It’s handled multiple cleans without needing attention, and the dustbin in the base is large enough that I don’t expect to empty it often.Setup was straightforward, the app is easy to use, and integration with Alexa works as expected. It’s also quieter than a standard vacuum, which makes it suitable for daytime use without being disruptive.Overall, it’s a well-designed and well-performing unit that handles daily cleaning tasks with minimal input. Good value at this price point.

The T20 pro robot vacuum cleaner gives 8000pa suction, work well on both wood floor or tile floor. Can be Control through app, voice and remote control. After download the app its very easy to setup the app. Work well with Google assessment, siri and alexa. You can set your map according to your need where you need deep cleaning, can set schedule cleaning times, set no go zones.Have 3 mode cleaning settings, can easily choose only mopping or only suction. It have anti collision program which is ideal for home with kids and pets. Battery life is very good but if it runout of battery during cleaning it have auto returns to its charging dock and after fully charged it resumes cleaning. It came with a quick guide chart, user manual, side brush, 2 mops, 2 filter, 2 dust bags, a cleanser bottle and a self empty station.

The media could not be loaded. It’s not just a gadget, it’s a great tool that offers unmatched convenience, efficiency and time-saving benefits. It is extremely easy to setup and use. It has great WiFi connectivity that makes it always connected and ready to use.When I first used it, it roamed all the house and created a nice map of the whole floor. The accompanying app allowed me to divide the map into individual rooms. This allows me to schedule the vacuum cleaner to clean the room according to different schedules.It has a great battery and once charged it runs for over 45 mins. It transitions very well between hard floors and carpets. It doesn’t make a lot of noise and does an excellent job at cleaning our home without anyone noticing and starting the clean manually. I’m super thrilled about the self cleaning feature of this vacuum cleaner. I now don’t have to clean it and get dirty at all.

This was my first robot cleaner so I did a lot of research prior to the purchase. My pick was between this and a Roborock S10+ which was £100 more expensive. I read only positive reviews about both products and decided to give this one a go since it was cheaper and I was not disappointed.Very good vacuuming and mopping. The app is really easy to use and really well designed. Took about half an hour to map our house and we were amazed at how accurate it was.Has different vacuum and moping intensity options so it can handle even carpets with pet hair in them.It’s really nice that you can set no-go zone, no-mop zones and place spot areas where you want it to clean better.This robot cleaner became an indispensable tool for me. Its performance is astonishing.It also charges quite fast - it needs to charge for just about less than an hour and the battery lasts for about 2 tours of the whole house.5/5 overall considering the £220 price

Very impressed with the Ultenic Robotic vacuum cleaner and my wife hasn’t stopped praising it. It’s powerful, quiet, and does a great job on both hard floors and carpets. The suction handles hair and daily mess with no trouble at all.It navigates well around furniture, and the self emptying bin means we barely need to touch it. She’s particularly pleased with how well it handles both the floors and carpets, and the mop function is a nice bonus.Overall, it’s reliable, efficient, and genuinely takes a chore off her list. Excellent bit of kit.

Der Saugroboter ist extrem leistungsstark – mit seinen 8000 Pa Saugleistung nimmt er mühelos Staub, Krümel und Tierhaare auf, auch aus Teppichen. Unsere Katze haart viel, aber das ist jetzt kein Problem mehr!Die Wischfunktion ist ein echter Bonus – ideal für glatte Böden. Zwar ersetzt sie nicht das gründliche Wischen per Hand, aber für die tägliche Reinigung reicht es völlig aus und spart viel Zeit.Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Absaugstation mit 3,5 L Volumen. Ich muss den Staubbehälter kaum noch selbst leeren, was super bequem ist – gerade bei Haustieren oder in größeren Haushalten.Die AI-gestützte Laser-Hindernisvermeidung funktioniert beeindruckend gut. Der Roboter umfährt zuverlässig Hindernisse wie Stuhlbeine oder herumliegendes Spielzeug, ohne sich ständig festzufahren.Die App-Steuerung ist intuitiv und bietet viele Funktionen – von der Raumaufteilung bis zur Zeitplanung. Auch aus der Ferne lässt sich der T20 Pro problemlos starten oder stoppen.Ein rundum gelungener Saugroboter mit hoher Saugleistung, smarter Navigation und praktischer Absaugstation. C’est le 2e robot que j’ai, après avoir eu un IRobot roomba i7 qui est tombé en panne 1 an après l’achat (défaut de charge suite à oxydation), panne non sujette à garantie… Je suis très contente de celui-ci. Bonne puissance d’aspiration ; j’ai 2 chiens et mon sol est nickel après un passage. L’utilisation de la serpillère est par contre insuffisante, même si on peut régler l’intensité du jet. La station de charge est un vrai plus, avec la vidange automatique, plus besoin de vider soi-même après chaque utilisation. Les déchets sont récoltés dans un sac. Livré avec un sac supplémentaire, ainsi qu’un filtre, une brosse rotative et une serpillère. Un filtre supplémentaire rond se place au niveau du bac de récolte.L’application est simple d’emploie avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités. La carte s’établi dès le premier passage. On peut diviser la carte en plusieurs zones, pratique si on veut ne nettoyer qu’une plus petite partie. On peut également régler la puissance d’aspiration (de 0 à 3) et le débit d’eau (de 0 à 3) ainsi que le nombre de passage à effectuer (1 à 2) par zone, super pratique ! Vous pouvez délimiter des zones tapis, interdites et murs.L’intérêt est de programmer des jours de nettoyage : tous les jours, du lundi au vendredi, le weekend ou personnaliser les jours ou votre robot passera en mode automatique ou selon les partitions sélectionnées.

The media could not be loaded. Sono veramente soddisfatta dell'acquisto, questo robot è veramente molto valido. È il secondo che posseggo e devo dire che è molto superiore al precedente. La pulizia è molto accurata, ho un cane che perde molti peli, li raccoglie tutti e anche abbastanza velocemente. È potente ma silenzioso ed ha un'ottima autonomia. Al primo utilizzo crea una mappa dettagliata dell'appartamento e dall'app si può gestire veramente tutto, pulizia automatica, pulizia a zone, solo aspirazione o lavaggio, si può inoltre programmare una routine di lavoro. Anche la funzione di lavaggio con mop non è niente male. Ma la cosa che mi ha convinta ancora di più è l'auto svuotamento della polvere nel contenitore della stazione di ricarica a fine ciclo. Insomma è veramente un valido aiuto in casa perché non necessita di grande manutenzione, fa tutto da solo. SUPERCONSIGLIATO!

Llevo usándolo varios días y estoy encantada. Este robot de limpieza es muchísimo más de lo que esperaba. Viene súper bien empaquetado, con instrucciones claras y un montón de accesorios. La instalación fue muy sencilla, incluso la app se conecta rápido al WiFi y puedes controlar todo desde el móvil. También lo probé con Alexa y funciona genial.Aspira y friega a la vez, y lo mejor es que lo hace todo solo. El sistema de autovaciado es una maravilla, te olvidas completamente del polvo durante días. Tengo mascotas y se nota muchísimo la diferencia en el suelo desde que lo uso. La succión es potente (de verdad), recoge hasta la arena fina y pelusas que otros robots no cogen.Una de las cosas que más me ha gustado es que esquiva bien los cables y las patas de los muebles gracias a los sensores. Además, el mapa que genera es muy preciso y puedes ver por dónde ha pasado. El depósito de agua se rellena fácil, y viene incluso con su propio producto de limpieza.No hace mucho ruido, se puede tener encendido mientras haces otras cosas. En resumen, un robot muy completo, práctico y eficiente. Si estás dudando, de verdad que vale la pena. Yo estoy feliz con la compra
