We have been using this GrizzlyGear silicone grease for all sorts of things since it arrived, our old Worcester combi-boiler needed a new diverter valve and filling link which meant lots of pipework nuts and O'ring joints needed cleaning up and lubricating before re-assembly. The GrizzlyGear made the whole job a lot easier and reliable as it made the various brass nuts smoother to tighten so you got a better idea of just how much torque you was applying to them, the push fit O'ring joints just slid together nicely without any risk of nicking or rolling the O'rings out of their seats too so you could be confident that you wouldn't have to be going back into the boiler for a second attempt.We have also used the GrizzlyGear silicone grease on an older 3 series air con system that we are renovating as well as the 406 air con system that's getting the same treatment, every pipe joint on both cars has gone back together with a smear or dab of this grease to ensure everything stays corrosion free for years to come and make disassembly easier when it does have to be worked on again.This is a big 500g tub that may last you quite a while if you are an occasional user so it's good to know that the tub we received had a five year shelf life on it, if you're in the motor repair or plumbing trade you're going to get through this tub well before the expiry date comes round so the shelf life may be of no concern. Either way this tub is very good value and the grease itself excellent quality.We have got new brake calipers going on the 406 next month so the GrizzlyGear silicone grease will be used on the caliper slider pins to keep them well lubricated and the water out, not a job we like doing but done well it should last what life the car has left in it.Five out of five stars for quality, quantity and price. A very good product indeed!

Good value and it works great! I used for vacuum gasket sealing and it provided a 100% seal. It’s a dielectric so great for science experiments too.

I like how it comes in a fairly sturdy tub, with a yellow plastic pull safety seal ring around it, a screw on lid, a push on reusable plastic seal across the tub opening, and has a whopping 60 month shelf life. I suggest removing the yellow seal slowly by pulling from slightly underneath and removing short distances only, before moving up to grip the next still sealed section. Which is how I successfully removed it without any problems. Doing so should reduce or fully remove the risk of the safety seal ring snapping. As I had noticed the odd partial tear occurred as the seal got removed.Printed on the label is a date of manufacture of 29/01/2025. Having ordered and received during March 2025, makes this a rather freshly produced product. The 60 month shelf life equates to 5 years, meaning it is good to use until 28/01/2030.I suppose the only thing missing is the inclusion of one small sized application brush.The quantity of 500g is substantial in comparison to what is often provided by many other manufacturers. For the current selling price of £17.99 (April 2025), it is remarkable value for money compared to the competition. Whether this quantity will be fully utilised is going to depend on how many future tasks require its use.A little of the product goes a long way. It is easy to remove some from the tub and apply it. Cleaning up is straightforward when I used liquid soap and warm water to wash my hands. Fantastic it is non toxic, which is needed for particular plumbing or food/drink equipment tasks. Although it can be used in a rather wide range of various scenarios for different tasks. Such a handy product to have.

This large 500g tub of pure silicone grease is exactly what I needed for various jobs around the house. A major plus for me is that it's non-toxic, meaning I can confidently use it on plumbing fittings, seals in kitchen appliances like coffee machines, and other areas without worrying about harmful chemicals – perfect! It has a nice thick consistency and is excellent at repelling water, making it ideal for lubricating O-rings, seals, and protecting parts from moisture. The 500g tub is a generous amount that will undoubtedly last absolutely ages, making it very good value for the price. A great, versatile product for countless lubrication and sealing tasks.

Works great, grease isn't overly thick as a bit of tack to it, and a quick test shows it's hydrophobic as well. Not a thick grease by any means so a small amount will go along way.The lid on this is very secure, maybe too secure. I had to use a knife to cut the seal pull as it kept snapping as I was pulling it around the outside. Kind of annoying since it's only there to serve as a seal to show it's new/transport, not to stop kids getting into it etc.Still, it works as intended, happy with it - for DIY users it'll last a life time.

This comes in a good quality sealed tub with a screw top and inner bung to keep the lid clean.The grease is clear, thick and more or less odourless. It's food safe so can be used with appliances used for food preparation. It's non conductive and inert so it can be used pretty much anywhere you need to grease or protect.It's very thick so stays exactly where you put it and needs to be worked in a little if it's going on a moving part. I plan to use it initially to keep some rubber gaskets soft and grease some bearings.At around £15 for a large pot it seems like good value.

This lubricant grease does exactly as you would expect, its lubricated and provides a water barrier for many mechanical items.I have used this on my entrance gate actuator arms to ensure the motor turns the screw threads.It's a decent viscosity simple enough to put on your finger and apply where needed and would go through a grease gun no problem.It has allowed my gates to run smoothly once more.Happy with item
