Heats very fast, solid and durable. Easy to clean. Can be used on top of cooker and inside oven. Works with induction cookers. Dishwasher safe, but as always with this type of cookware, it’s better for the pot to wash it by hand.

I bought this to bake Sourdough bread and it works really well. I didn't want to invest in an expensive Dutch oven in case I didn't use it much. I was expecting it to be poor quality, but it isn't, with a good weight and the right size for 500g sourdough. It looks the part and is definitely value for money. I'm not sure if it will wear well, but I'm careful cleaning it.

Very heavy. Used it for a loaf and I was very happy with the result - the recipe gave a slightly more wet dough than I was expecting so I was relieved when it turned out cooked through.

Just As Good as the More Expensive Brands
This dutch oven is excellent for making soups, stews, sauces, bread, and so much more. It can be used on high heat (we have a gas stove) and also put in the oven to bake or continue to cook something like a roast or artisan bread. It heats evenly every time. Clean up is easy. And the pan and lid also build muscles. As any cast/ceramic dutch oven it is heavy and will not warp. The trivet to set it on is nice as well as the silicone handle grabbers which were included. I would love to find this in more sizes or as a set. Love it that much.

Perfecta para platos de cuchara con agua la justa para mantener los sabores. Preparación de patatas y resto para tortilla de patatas (para adivinar los huevos mejor sartén antiadherente). Fritos inmejorables y sin salpiques de aceite en la encimera. Viene con protectores de silicona para las manos. Es imprescindible usarlos. Las asas de calientan- riesgo de quemaduras-. Aún no la he probado en el horno.

Ho acquistato questa pentola perchè volevo cimentarmi con la cottura in ghisa senza però spendere una cifra folle e devo dire che mi sto trovando benissimo. E' pesantissima, il coperchio anche ma questo permette di non far uscire il vapore (che a contatto con il coperchio si condensa ricadendo sulla pietanza) e di conseguenza di non dover continuamente aggiungere acqua alle zuppe ad esempio. Ottima anche per l'arrosto perchè si può iniziare la cottura sul fuoco per sigillare la carne e successivamente metterla in forno, compresa di coperchio.

Edel die Farbe, Hendl ist knusprig geworden, perfekt zum braten für größere Fleischstücke, die Hitze wird rundum richtig verteilt. Ich mag diesen Topf.
