This is a well thought out blend of nutrients providing Calcium, Vitamin D3 and Magnesium to support healthy bones, teeth and joints.It also has some Vitamin C and Zinc though these are in much smaller quantities.Depending on how many you take, you can either have a 90 day supply (1 a day), 45 day supply (2 a day) or 30 day supply (3 a day). The capsules are large but still okay to swallow.It has calcium citrate and has been made to provide a better absorbed option. Overall this is a good blend of nutrients for bone support.

I was impressed by the ingredients in these capsules, and that they targeted all the areas I needed. The bottle is an unusual, but very practical shape, which makes it easy to store. I found the capsules themselves to be easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I have only just started on them, but so far it is going very well.

Received today so cannot give a true review yet. However, I'm not altogether happy with the low calcium levels. Taking 3 per day is still under the recommend strength for osteopenia /osteoporosis. As citrate is more easily absorbed, I'm hoping they work, together with the correct dietary and exercise input.

This is a well balanced supplement that benefits from providing the calcium in a highly absorbable form. Calcium is an important supplement for me, as I wish to avoid any osteoporosis problems when I get older. Calcium is the basic building block of bones, and without enough of it, our bones become progressively weaker and more brittle. So, taking a supplement like this is a bit of a no-brainer as fr as Im concerned.One month is too short a time to conclude whether or not these work, but they appear to be high quality, and are manufactured in the UK, which I approve of. We have higher quality and safety standards here than some parts of the planet, that's for sure, and I care what I put in my body. They're a little expensive, though the absorbable form and high quality help make up for that.

I have been taking 1 a day for the past couple of weeks but as of this morning I have upped my dosage and started taking 2 because I have noticed a but mild improvement in my knee joint pain but feel I would benefit with a higher dose now to work effectively.The reason I stared taking this Calcium complex is I know I don’t get enough calcium from my diet alone, but also as I navigate Menopause - to help support and maintain my bone health and help prevent osteoporosis.On the pricier side but this is more than just basic Calcium but a well-balanced blend of nutrients that all work together to support bone, muscle and nerve health. Vitamin D3 aids in the absorption of calcium, but I still take my Magnesium on top of this because the dose of Magnesium is quite low [for me].The tablets are on the quite large side and I have no side effects.

When I first picked up this Calcium Complex, I wasn’t totally sold. I've tried a few bone health supplements over the years, and honestly, most didn’t do much — so I didn’t have huge expectations. But after two months of using this one, I have to say, Its working.This formula feels different because it's not just about calcium — it's a complete bone support package. You’re getting highly bioavailable calcium citrate (which apparently absorbs way better), plus vitamin D3, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin C all packed into one. I definitely noticed a change around the three to six week mark: less morning stiffness, joints feeling a bit looser, and just an overall stronger, more "put-together" feeling. It’s clear they put some real thought into how all these minerals work together, not just tossing random stuff into a pill.The superior absorption blend is a real highlight. I’ve had trouble in the past with calcium supplements upsetting my stomach, but this one has been super easy to take. No queasiness, no heavy feeling after.
