I have always been a really bad sleeper, lucky if I sleep for 3 hours. I read an article about magnesium helpingwith sleeping problems, so I bought these tablets and they have made a huge difference in my sleep. I now sleep for about 6 hrs and also fallback to sleep again if I need to use the loo in the night.

It's early days, the tablets are quite big and hard to swallow even broke in half as the dose is three a day. Hope there are good results.

Vitamins are good. Would recommend them. Just a shame that Delivery was so poor. Bolo Delivery people just don't care, they don't read instructions or just ignore them. They are in too much of an hurry to get to next Delivery.
