Now on second tub. I feel like I do sleep better most nights now. Less leg cramps. Probably need be taking for 3 months or more for full results. I like the taste/consistency and not too sugary.Great value to.

I was disappointed to realise the gummies additional vitamins/minerals added (B6, Calcium, q10 etc) as I didn’t want these included, so I will be purchasing a different brand. My fault for not checking the ingredient list but it’s not made that obvious. However, they seem fine and have a delicious taste.

I bought these as I suffer from bruxism. I had hoped the magnesium glycinate in the gummies would help to relax my jaw but I'm still waking up with a stiff jaw and sore teeth and I've been taking these for about 2 weeks every night before bed. I don't feel that taking them has improved my sleep quality but they sure are tasty (probably the best gummies I've ever tasted). I don't think the large amount of black pepper is necessary along with some of the other ingredients. Especially if people just want the magnesium content on it's own like I did. I didn't experience any bloating or side effects, no energy boost but it didn't make me feel sleepy or relaxed either. The gummies in the jar are now starting to stick together which I find kind of weird (I live in the UK and it's cold outside so can't be the temperature). They're not exactly cheap, however had they worked I would have said they were worth the price for the benefits along with the great taste.

Helped greatly since I started to use it. I bought this item about 3-4 months ago but I never got around to use them.I ordered them but I was sceptical about them so I didnt use them until 4 months later when i became very desperate and low. I have terrible anxiety-maybe periods/ peri-menopause induced? One Friday after arriving back from work my body was shaking so much and i felt really low. I experienced a lot of internal tremors for the last 10months. I could just wake up with them. My sleep started to be affected. I would wake up in the middle of the night shaking and can't go back to sleep.So that Friday, I took one gummy -as silly me didn't read the instructions that it's 2 gummies per day. Teh same night, I couldn't believe that I was able to sleep undisturbed until 6am. I stirred a little in the middle of the night but I was able to go back to a full sleep. This hasn't happened to me for months.I am now using this for over 2 weeks. I can't say I don't have low points, Specially around the time of the month, but I cannot compare the quality of my life how it was 3 weeks ago and now.The taste is great. Small, easily chewable gummies. I have no negative comments about this product.I wish my GP just advised me to take some magnesium glycinate to start resolving my problems almost a year ago as I suffered so badly since then. I'm so glad I found this product. I will definitely have it on subscription. And since it's a natural mineral and not an artificial medicine, I can take it as long as I like. It is at the moment more beneficial to me than whatever the dr told me!!!!It worked for me, but of course we are all different. But it's worth a try.

My child loves these – no more reminding!I’m really happy with this children’s vitamin! I’ve been taking these magnesium glycinate gummies for about a month now, on the sage advice of a nurse friend who promised better sleep and fewer muscle aches. So far? No miracle cures. But then again, I’m a weight-lifting, kickboxing, nearly-40-year-old mam of a toddler—so maybe the gummies are just trying to keep me alive at this point. Taste is perfectly fine. Texture? Weird. Firm outer shell with a soft centre, kind of like an emotional support fruit snack. But hey, they go down easily when you’re shovelling your entire daily supplement regimen into your mouth like it’s a mini bag of Haribo. Functional, vaguely delicious, and keeping the placebo effect alive and well.
