The item arrived in super fast time!! 240 tablets in a pristine sealed tub.At face value what I love is that the tub label provides the full dosage information, week by week, it tells you what to take and when. There are also enough tablets provided to complete the course so you don't have to purchase additional items.The dosage is quite high in your first week which sounds a bit daunting however, the supplements are easy to swallow and fits into my training program.I have nearly completed week 1 (the loading phase) Since taking them my energy levels have increased quite significantly.I am very happy with this product and it's initial results and in my opinion worth the money.

The serving size is 8 capsules. So this is not 5.2g per pill. Must admit this quite fooled me as I was looking for a single capsule with 5g .

When I tell you I was not expecting the size of this to be as big as it is I was shocked pleasantly. This is perfect to add to my work out shakes and definitely helps having the extra creatine!Best part is it doesn’t have a funny aftertaste and swallows so smoothlyWill definitely be buying more!

Used these alongside the ZM+ from the same company. I always forget to add powder to drinks before the gym. So keeping these in the car I can just take easy before and/or after the gym has been really handy.

I like the fact it gives you full directions on how to take them and how much to take them. It’ helps with muscle function . I feel like it helps so much . It’s 240 tablets in a bottle which is well sealed. They are also vegan and advised to drink plenty of water
