I use these at the office all the time.Being someone who is very physically active and has just had a toddler I find it incredibly difficult to get to the gym as regularly as I might have done before. My solution to this has been to find a little bit of time every day wherever I can just to do a couple of reps with either shoulders biceps, triceps et cetera and so forth.This set as proven absolutely fantastic for just that.You get everything in the set to do loads of exercises with the assistance of a door (ensure the door can be locked so that you don’t actually get a colleague walking and releasing this elastic straight into your face).The elastic provided is excellent although I would say some of them when you get into the turquoise are too thick to put through the ringlets provided so I would recommend getting some larger ringlets if they are the ones you want to use on the door frame or simply use them for pull up assistance.Very versatile, and because of all the features they include the exercises they can provide to you. I would say excellent value for money.

I ordered this set of Loop (power) resistance bands from the Bolo brand Kayman. They are the real deal. Comprising five bands of varying resistance levels, they offer a graduated route to improve muscle tone, strength and stability.There are several different designs of bands out there and these offer some of the highest levels of resistance ( the strongest, the turquoise one, offers 50 - 125ibs).If you don't know what kind you need you should check out an online guide. However the two main types I have at home are these (all strengths comprise of a long continuous loop of natural rubber, like a giant rubber band, They are all 41in long. They are all the same thickness (depth). However they are varying widths, and it is the additional width that offers the variety of resistance. They are probably the most versatile type of resistance band out there. The bands from varying brands are all fairly similir, varying in quality, colour, and finish, but the basic premise is similar. THis set is an example of good bands I'd be happy to use.The other type of band out there - and I keep being handed these by physios - are "therapy resistance bands' which are basically very very thin, ribbons of rubber, that are about 7ft lond and are not in a loop. These are great for rehab and for entry-level resistance work; but also for pilates, yoga, and other stretching. One of their biggest differences is they offer much, much less resistance that loop bands, the strongest therapy bands offer similar resistance to the weaker loop bands.I've found the set to be very good, and I expect to be using them far into the future. I appreciate the door hook - quite ingenious and so simple to put up and use - and the handles, which are comfortable and padded - in particular.I'm very happy with the set and it's helpful that there's a big supplied to keep them all neatly stored.The price is £27.99 which is absolutely worth the money, and if you have the motivation and sticking power it would save you a packet in memberships at the gym.FIve stars
