Why I bought it:I needed a reliable inline fan for my bathroom as the old one struggled to clear steam after showers.First impressions:The build quality feels solid, the casing clips make it easy to open for wiring, and it came well packaged. Installation was straightforward if you’re confident with electrics.Performance:This fan is very effective for its size. It shifts a good amount of air and clears steam quickly, which helps stop condensation and mould build-up. The timer function is handy so it keeps running a little longer after switching off the light.Pros:• ✅ Strong airflow for a 100mm unit• ✅ Quiet compared to other inline fans• ✅ Timer feature works perfectly• ✅ Easy to mount and wire inCons:• ⚠️ Slight hum at higher speeds (not loud but noticeable in a quiet house)• ⚠️ Make sure you have the right ducting, otherwise it won’t perform as wellFinal verdict:If you need a fan that actually clears a bathroom or kitchen properly, this one does the job without sounding like a jet engine. Great value, I’d happily buy another.

To replace Manrose unit that failed after 7 years light use. Almost same so no problems to fit and appears to have same airflow and noise.Reason for just 4 stars is that after filling in warranty on line could not find serial number so left blank. Then had E mail from them requesting serial number, after removing unit still unable to find any form of serial or batch number. In desperation looked at packaging and instruction manual where the date of manufacture was stamped. Told them this and then accepted it. Why did they not know this about there own product?Fit:No issuesValue for money:Good

I'd never heard of Devola so was a bit hesitant as I wanted an known brand. However Devola website looked legit and I noticed the Manrose sold what looked to be the same fan. When this one arrived it had a Manrose box, so as i expected that maybe the same company. It was worth a hunt around the internet as this same fan seems to have an extremely wide variety of prices. Anyway, it was an ease DIY replacement for my old fan, which was - I now realise - very inferior. This one has great draw (hold on to your toupees), and is quiet. Very satisfied so far ( 4 months).

Good fan better than my old plus more power and only on the lower speed.Only 4 star because only just fitted it so don't know how long it will last.But as good reviews and warranty.

Easy to install but assumes your electrical cable is thin and round not thick and flat.The power of the air-flow doesn't seem any greater than the much smaller one I replaced it with.
