I like these and you only need 200ml of water to stir the powder in. Mixes easily. I always drink in the morning to give me a boost of hydration. Good flavour no salty taste.Reason for 4 star is I only had 19 sachets, suppose to be 20 but the box were not damaged though, so a packing mistake.

Tried this for post-run recovery and on longer bike rides—noticeably helps with energy levels and avoiding that drained feeling. The peach flavour is light and not too sweet, which is a nice change from sugary sports drinks. Easy to mix and doesn't leave any weird aftertaste. Loses a point for dying my bottle orange

Good electrolyte sachets from established brand wellgard.Have used supplements from the brand before and had good results, so have faith in their products.Good pack amount of 20 sachets.I either take in the morning for a boost or make it to take out with me.I use a battery hand whisk to make sure everything is dissolved and stirred up.I sometimes add a bit of spring water to fizz it up too.Definitely makes you feel a bit brighter and ready to go.

The electrolytes are good and I can feel a difference after drinking them. The flavour is ok but is very synthetic tasting. I was not aware this product has turmeric in it, which has stained my bottles and straws. It is also quite hard to dissolve and the powder goes quite clumpy in the water. I like to put electrolytes in a big bottle to sip on all day but this product isn't great for that. Overall I think the product has great ingredients in it and its a good electrolyte. The price point is good too compared to other products. However the negatives of staining and taste mean I probably won't purchase again.

This mixes well - most electrolytes do, but some leave a sediment at the bottom of the glass. The flavour is ok, with the usual salty taste that comes with drinking salts. I would have this again if offered.
