This has been really great so far. It's the first time I've tried it, but I feel it's great quality and I feel it has increased my energy and focus. It's a pretty decent quantity and value comparitively, and the data sheet shows it's been tested. It doesn't taste good, and I'd recommend having water or a flavored drink to wash it down. I generally take a few drops and it seems to increase my energy in an hour. I haven't had any stomach upset or negative symptoms from it and I'm a super sensitive person so I definitely recommend so far so good.
Not all methylene blue
This has azur b in it which is a dye and is not methylane, blue. People have been warning about that. Not good wasted money
